I USUALLY DON"T WRITE REVIEWS. BUT WHEN YOU HAVE EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE YOU SHOULD TAKE THE TIME TO SHARE IT. MY WIFE WAS IN AN ACCIDENT WITH A FAIRLY NEW CAR. I HAD GONE TO A COUPLE DIFFERENT BODY SHOPS AND WAS TOLD THE JOB IS TO BIG OR CAN'T EVEN GIVE AN APPRAISAL FOR WEEKS. I STARTED LOOKING ON THE INTERNET AND FOUND K&M BODY. LOOKING AT THE WEBSITE AND SEE ING WHAT CARS THEY WERE AUTHORIZED TO WORK ON I GAVE THEM A CALL. GOT TINA ON THE PHONE. SHE WAS SO KNOWABLE AND SAID BRING IT RIGHT IN. SHE WAS ABLE TO ANSWER ALL MY QUESTION AND HAD SOME GOOD ADVICE. SHE HELPED ME THROUGH A BAD SITUATION AND MADE ME FEEL LIKE I KNEW HER FOR A LONG TIME. THANKS AGAIN TINA

I came in because I had part that was hanging down from the bottom of my truck. I was helped by a staff member named Johnny and he came out to look at the part and took it off with ease. Very friendly and great service! Would definitely recommend k&m collision. Very nice facility!

Outstanding, Outstanding, Outstanding. I was sick about my F-250 but these folks took the sickness away. My truck looks 110% better than when I took it to them. Brian and Tina are super great people. They make the process go so smoothly. Very professional people.. I really enjoyed working with Brian and Tina. They made me feel like I had nothing to worry about. I had an imperfection in the paint on the hood of my truck. I called Kyle and he graciously spent time walking me through the steps I needed to take to prevent permanent damage. He was very knowledgeable! I took it in, and Brian and the team took excellent care of it! You cannot even tell that the imperfection ever existed. Amazing work! I highly recommend K&M Collision!

My new Subaru Crosstrek was damaged by hail in April. The hailstorm had affected many in the Lancaster/Rock Hill SC area and many collision businesses were backlogged. I was so LUCKY to be referred to K&M Collision in Hickory, 100 miles from my home. The first thing they did was come to Lancaster to pick up my car and bring me a rental vehicle. I was dealing with Kyle, who kept me informed every step of the way as they evaluated the damage. K&M determined that the car was a total loss due to damage to the roof. Trying to repair the roof would make the vehicle unsafe. My insurance company had not seen this fact as critical.
My car was leased, and I had put down a sizable deposit on it. I was told by the insurance company that I would get nothing back. At that point, Kyle let me know that this was not accurate. He got on the phone with me and the leasing company and verified that I would be getting money back. He walked me through the process step by step. He showed my how to invoke the appraisal clause. He even called me while he was on vacation with his family. He would not release my car to the insurance company until he was satisfied that they were being fair to me.
The result of his efforts was that I got several thousand dollars back on my totaled car and was able to get a new one. i would not have known how to navigate the process without Kyle at K&.M. I would have been at the mercy of the insurance company.
I could never imagine that a collision company would be such an advocate for one of their customers. Kyle said that standing by their customers is part of their business model. I have read many reviews by customers who got the same excellent service that I did.
While I hope that I will not be in need of collision services in the near future, I know for sure that if I need help, I will ALWAYS go to K&M Collision Their professionalism, trustworthiness and high level of customer service are unmatched. Thank you, Kyle and thank you K&M Collision.

I believe in giving credit where credit is due! With that being said, I have worked with Tina at K and M Collision the past few weeks with a “hit and run”situation on my vehicle. There has not been one question left unanswered by her when it came to my situation. It’s been a straight forward process but she has been very nice, helpful, and knowledgeable of her job and the process!
Tina, I appreciate the time, the patience and follow up on everything. You made it easy to get things taken care of and made it seem like you were only dealing with me (one on one) when I know you guys are very busy. Hats off to you for doing a great job!!

I have been extremely impressed with the quality of K&M collision and especially with how informative and professional Tina has been. I have been in contact with her about the insurance process, repairs, and delays and she has always been detailed, transparent, and helpful throughout the process. They have kept me informed throughout the repair process and when my rental coverage hit its limit due to delayed manufacturer parts K&M put me in a loaner vehicle until my car was finished. I will never use anyone else for my cars and I highly recommend them.

Was extremely impressed with the professionalism and thoroughness of the K& M team and their particular expertise in exotic car brands is evident. Brian and Adrian, in particular, were very helpful, honest and communicative throughout our process of a car repair situation. Will definitely be returning to K&M for my future auto repair needs and will be recommending them to friends and family.

Made trip from Greenville, SC since K&M has the (to me ) all important Porsche body shop certification. Though I only had a minor issue staff went above and beyond, helped me on the spot and even gave me a tour. Facility blew me away!!! Never seen a body shop even close to K&M's. Can nothing but recommend for ones body shop needs. Going forward this will be my go to (drive to ;-) body shop.
