I always have a great experience at Journeys in the Hickory mall. Tyler, the manager, is always so professional and kind every time I come in to buy shoes. The store is clean, well-organized, and has a great selection. The customer service is consistently amazing. I highly recommend Journeys of Hickory!

You guys rock. My granddaughter had a shopping spree with make a wish, the manager there wish I had gotten her name, made my granddaughters day, with a name tag from there. Y’all all were so sweet to her. Thank you so much form making her day.. you guys are amazing.
