Great service! Called the store because my dryer went down! They allowed me to bring it right over and it was fixed within the hour! Works perfectly now and couldnt beat the price! Big thanks to Jeff and his team!

I hate to even leave one start. This establishment should get zero stars!! He advertises having appliances that are working & even offers a guarantee. He took my money & sold me a washer that doesn't work. Will not answer phone calls or return messages. Do NOT recommend buying anything from them.

Very rude. I called from 2 hours away willing to come buy and he couldn’t answer two questions. If he has a fridge and what his stackable measured to on height. He suggested I drive to him to find out or go to Lowe’s. This was after being ignored for days.

I appreciate the people working but I wish they would fix all problems at once instead of coming out so much to replace or repair.. I just want to get my laundry done. I would just recommend waiting to get new appliances

Called and was told they would make an offer on our washer and dryer. Drove half hour and the guy in charge didn't bother to look at them in our enclosed trailer and told us to take them to the dump, but they would take them if we didn't want to dump them ourselves.

Bought a washer/dryer set for our daughter. Washer had an issue and Mackenzie was super nice about it. They swapped it out, no questions asked, and worked with us about getting them switched. Highly recommend this place! Reasonably priced as well. Will be going back when the need arises. Thank you Mackenzie!
