Alongside the customer service you see within stores and the willingness the company is to go above and beyond to provide solutions to keep us all connected. In my own opinion I've never experienced any issues with the quality of service on any of my mobile devices. I also would say that by traveling nationwide with the use of my devices I can attest to that.”
“I worked with Ariel if you stop at this location please ask for her! She worked with me for 2 days non stop on a phone that someone from the same location messed up on my account! Dave (blonde hair) is his name he overlooked me and kept referring me to call customer service and they are NEVER HELPFUL ( nor was he at all he needs to learn how to treat people that dont understand) when I got help with him before he got me in a terrible promotion I didn't ask for and explained nothing not even current charges: Aerial went as far as staying to help me after her shift, she told me "I am not leaving until i get your phone working and account fixed" Everyone else I tried to get help from was either to busy or didn't understand the issue! She took her time and didn't rush and made sure I understood everything she was doing step by step. When i had to leave and pick up my grandchildren from school I came back that store is SLOW there's always a wait but she made sure to get me straight back in at her desk to continue working THIS YOUNG LADY DESERVES A RAISE AS HARD AS SHE WORKED WITH ME! As for the store if you are returning you should just be able to do so without waiting, there definitely needs to be a new system with that! But I hope everyone there realizes their hard work is not unnoticed but overall a great reliable crew & store!”

“Power button on my metro pcs phone was broken and I couldn't get the phone on. Didn't catch her name but the younger woman with long hair was extremely sweet and attentive. She understood my issue and told me what she would do if it was her. I then asked her about their plans as I plan on switching to them when I am through with Metro. She was able to tell me everything I needed to know about a plan that would fit my needs and budget. Very knowledgeable, sweet and empathetic!”
