Come back year after year for the same tax guy (Thanks Chuck!) I can drop off my paperwork and don't have to wait around in the office for them to be done. This is great for a busy guy like me. I did have to fill out some paperwork before I dropped it off this year, but I appreciated the attention to detail.

I had a cancelation initiated by HR Block for my first appointment. At first I was told that it was double booked. I had made the appointment as a walk in a week prior. I had to call back to make another appointment. Very unprofessional.
