“Good prices and selection and most employees are helpful but if you want to spend money on entry doors i think you need an appointment.. 4 visits to the store and no assistance in the door department”
“Typical home improvement store. They have just about anything you're gonna need for your home etc. My probably with basically any store I go to is I get stereotyped as soon as I get through the door. I have 2 or 3 people following me through the store, like I'm about to steal em blind. And anyone who knows me know I don't steal. Ever! They need some kind of facial database that store that kind of info, and alerts them of a potential risk when it enters the store. Getting stereotyped, for the bad, is never a good feeling. And there's been many stores lose my business because they treat me this way.”
“One of the managers there by the name of Mona went over and beyond excellent and superior customer service. She really helped me get a product. It is rare to see that kind of management and leadership today.”
