So many things to look at you could spend all day there. But I do wish stores would price things a reasonable price and not do the percentage off thing. Just sell your things at a good price. Great store though

I will start out by saying that I love Hobby Lobby and will always shop at Hobby Lobby but I must give a one star due to a recent experience. On Wednesday, May 15th I visited the store. I bought several 75% items, two plastic picture frames and a set of five 4x6 picture frames. Most of this for my office at work. On Friday, May 17th, I brought the bag up to my office and realized the picture frames were missing, thinking I probably just forgot to pick up the bag they were put in. I returned on Monday, May 20th with my receipt (that only has item numbers and prices) to ask if I left my picture frames there. The cashier had me go pick up the frames I thought I bought and bring them to the front. Once that happened I am assuming someone from risk managment came up to take my receipt and asked me to wait. After ten minutes this woman walks up to me in front of many people and loudly states "you never bought frames. You never had frames in your cart." I looked at her like she had 12 heads. She sarcastically asked me if I would like to go watch the video of me checking out, which I was happy to do since this lady just accused me of trying to steal in front of everyone. On the way to watch the video, she again stated that I never had frames in my cart. At this point I'm thinking that maybe I am losing my mind. I get to the room with the video of me checking out. The very first thing I pull out of my cart is the picture frames which I pointed out to her. She stuttered a little and then rudely let me know that I still did not pay for them because the cashier never rung them up and put them in a bag (they were sat to the side). Now that I can understand. Since my receipt didn't specify items, there was no way for me to know. It isn't that I would have minded that conversation but to accuse me of stealing in front of people was ridiculous. I stewed on it two days. Called the manager who told me they would take my complaint seriously. Never asked my name and gave no remediation. Very unprofessional.

Same made in China over priced junk. Just went in for a plate stand I could not find anywhere else. "Furniture always 30% off" is not a bargain Hobby Lobby. It just means your furniture is at least 30% overpriced. You guys just really burn my biscuits. For a company that Supports the troops and supports our country, God Bless America and all, cannot believe there is not a military discount. Anyway, corporate America- God Bless that.

Hobby Lobby is always a treat with aisle after aisle of lovely treasures. Sales vary, and today, my focus was floral. Lucky me I hit 40% off. The lady who checked me out had a wonderful personality and marvelous customer skills. She greatly contributed to a pleasant shopping experience.
