Out of 5 different places we called they were the only ones willing to come out at 11 almost 12am to tow our vehicle back to the mountains which was about 2.5 hours away!! Super friendly and nice!!!

Got stuck in a parking lot in the dark- I don’t remember her name (I was too busy trying not to cry) but the incredibly kind lady talked me through likely problems with the car, about using my insurance for roadside assistance, and, when my insurance connected me to a different company, followed up with me later to make sure I was okay and had gotten help. 10/10 customer service and kindness!!!

This crowd is spot on! Wrung a driveshaft at 321 and Startown rd , gave them a call and Josh was there in just a few minutes! It was like he war right around the corner! Beautiful new Pete wrecker, got me hooked up and to the job site before dark. The bill was half what I was expecting even though I didn't even ask the price just said to come on as quick as possible.Definitely would recommend!Service: Special vehicle towing

Had to have my car towed from my home to Firestone and due to the repair needed, they were unable to do it. So I had to have my car towed again to a dealership. Brandon was my driver and he was excellent. Because the dealership was in a different city, Brandon was able to stay until I checked my car in at the dealership and brought me back into my hometown. What a wonderful service. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Brandon went above and beyond and is a wonderful asset to Hickory Wrecker. Thank you Hickory Wrecker for providing wonderful service.
