We ordered two pieces of furniture and choose them because we were told they were in stock which still was told would take 6-8 weeks. After two months I called and was told by Nancy, our sales person, that the loveseat was back ordered. The manager called and explained that things can go out of stock without them knowing or being able to put it on hold. We agreed they would get the couch and I would pay the shipping for it and they would bring the loveseat when it was in stock for free. I waited several more weeks and finally called again. Nancy said it had come in that morning and she just hadn't called yet (this becomes a coincidence). They deliver the couch and we continue to wait on loveseat. Was told may 5 so called and Nancy said delayed till end of March. So by end of June I called again and magically it had gotten in that morning Nancy told us. So then I get the form to pay and wait another week and leave Nancy a message. No return call. Then call again today and magically the shipping company is supposed to call me today to schedule it. I know we are in a unique market where things are delayed but I attribute a lot of this to careless employees and lack of attention. Won't purchase here again.

I ordered two couches from them in July. They told me then they were available. This is why i purchased from them. I was due to take delivery in Aug. It is now Oct and I have not got my furniture. I could have purchased something from somewhere else, but I was assured they had me order in stock. I see this as if I was lied to, or they sold they gave to furniture to someone else. Either way this is not good business and will be the last time I use this company. I am now slated to take delivery of this the 1st of November. Beware of bait and switch....

Two men at this warehouse courteously loaded our new sofa into our truck at the time we were scheduled to pick it up. Our sofa was nicely wrapped and was safely moved into our truck bed here. We had a great experience working with our salesperson (Michael) at the store and with the two guys at the warehouse.
