I was impressed by the speed, quality and courtesy of the service I received from Hickory Park Furniture. The pricing beat anything I researched elsewhere. The moving/service company Arcadia provided 'white glove' service during delivery as well. Very happy with everything overall and we are very happy with the new dresser. Many thanks, Diana!

We have worked with Leslie Dauphinee on 2 separate furniture pieces on 2 separate occasions. Each time has been a great experience. Leslie sent plenty of fabric samples I requested and helped me find the exact pieces we were looking for: a round ottoman and a lovely living room lounge chair. She was great in keeping me clear on cost, delivery, and warranty coverage. We are always happy to return to Hickory Park for our needs and we saved a ton even with shipping to Utah.

Ordered two Kincaid bachelor's chests, working with Leslie Dauphinee. Communications were without issue and the items arrived in good condition, as described. Price was also the best we found, so all-in-all a positive experience. It was necessary to pay in advance with check (no card), which is a bit unusual, but I think this is partly to keep the cost down. Would buy again.

Leslie Dauphinee got us a great price on a lazy boy sofa. No other company has the ability to order from lazy boy. Delivered in the time frame as promised and the truck was right on time. It was a pleasure working with her.

We chose to purchase again from Hickory Park Furniture because our first experience was great and our second experience was just as great as the first! We were so happy to be working with Diane Christensen. She was helpful, knowledgeable, prompt with call backs and just a very nice person. She answered all my questions which made it easier to decide which manufacturer to go with. We chose Temple Furniture and could not be happier. The furniture is beautiful and very well made. The delivery process was easy and hassle free as the delivery men unwrap and place the furniture exactly where you want it. The entire experience from start to finish was Top Shelf! Diane's knowledge of the product, as well as the logistics of ordering and delivering to upstate New York, made the whole process very smooth. We worked with Diane on a sofa purchase with COM. Diane was very responsive to all my emails and questions. She made very clear each step along the process. She worked with my designer to understand all her design requirements and coordinated with her on the fabric shippment. Diane was excellent to work with and we are very pleased with how the sofa turned out.
