Had my warranty check-up three weeks ago and when I departed my front left tire wanted to turn left. Called the dealer and made a appointment at 8:00 AM for an adjustment. Got there at 8:00 and around 10:00 I was informed that I needed 1600.00 dollars for tire, rotation etc. Left the dealership with the same tire problem. Nothing was done. Called a week later to complain and got no where.

I am shopping for a pre-owned car. I saw one on the Hendrick website and the same car on a couple of other sites. I called and was told it was available. After calling back to come in and purchase, I was told it was available, but would be $10,000 more than the price on the website. This seems like blatant false advertising. Although I was a loyal customer before, this is unacceptable and I suggest folks really double check pricing before making a trek to this dealer. Bad business practice!

A BIG & Sincere Thank YOU to Hendrick Honda Hickory and more specifically to Salesman Tanner Mellon, Manager Jason Warren and Ben and Vince from the Finance Team. Were numerous other Honda dealers used dishonest and unethical advertising and later added overpriced, non-value items, the Hickory Honda team treated us right, made a fair deal and most important were honest and transparent and stayed true to their promises. Tanner was a real advocate for us. He presented a very fair deal to the management team, placed a factory order, kept us in the loop on progress, and when the car arrived walked our daughter through the credit application process to make the in-person closing a breeze. His follow through and communication was excellent and really made it so much easier. There were no last minute surprises, no funny stuff with the numbers and everything was as promised. As I told Tanner and Jason, integrity and honesty are the foundation to a good business relationship, it is essential or I will walk away. I really trust these guys and my daughter drove away with a smile and nice first new SUV. I would absolutely return to Hickory Honda to buy another car and strongly recommend giving Tanner the opportunity if you are in the market. Thank YOU!

My car broke down on the highway nearby, and these guys took care of me in about two hours. Can't say enough good things about this place. They really saved my butt that day. I was back on the road to home before the sunset.!

This is the only place I go to buy a car. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Highly recommend Tanner Mellon if your looking to buy a car helped me and my mother both out in purchasing our new vehicles.

One of the BEST dealerships in Hickory. They're very reliable, professional, and surprisingly quick when servicing your vehicle, and check in is a breeze! They have a nice waiting area with computers, tv's, clean restrooms and a play room for children (currently closed due to Covid). They also have free waters and vending machines for snacks. My family has bought several cars from this location over the past 15 years, and they've always been so great! I couldn't be happier with my 2020 Fit Sport!

This place totally UNPROFESSIONAL . Don't even choose this place to fix your car. I have my car being choose to fix by insurance company .when my car my side mirror in fine condition and after the fix and amost finish and they turn out tell my my side mirror not working and before they they run test If something like this happen they would let insurance know but not , they wait until the end when the car almost finished to let me know that The issue . And I will not take any responsibility wow what is Unprofessional jobs they were doing . And Now every time I need to adjust my mirror Side I have to do it by hand wow so unprofessional job . Don't recommend this place . Save your money and time

It's always a pleasure stopping into Hendrick Honda of Hickory! They have great customer service and my mechanical needs are always taken care of in a timely manner. I've worked with their finance manager, Nathan Harris, for many years now. They've got a great team there for new and used needs.

Do not deal with these people. As dishonest as they come and I will be filing a complaint with their corporate office on Their Service Dept. Daryl to be specific...Was told for 2 weeks now I would be given back what I was overcharged as well as be able to cancel warranty he sold me as he misinformed me about all of it. Now all of a sudden he says that charge was for going over the car to see if I qualified for the warranty. This is I bought the warranty at the end of my service when car was already back out front and never had I authorized them or did they do this inspection because when paying the bill is when he said based on my miles I could get this warranty...and today service would even be covered by it. So first payment would be for warranty 158.00 and my bill was $131.00 I even already put that on my card so he said we will just do another charge for the 27.00 and that will equal your first warranty payment and you service is covered...and you won't have a payment of 158.00 till at least a month. Then I was charged that again by warranty company next day..I called warranty and they said they would never do warranty like that and also because I was moving which Daryl knew and also failed to tell me if not come there for work there would be a deductible and I told him I was moving out of state. He just said oh its good anywhere. So they immediatly gave me refund for the $158 and cancelled policy. When I called to ask for the $27.00 back on my card he said yes right away..didn't get it so called again and he said I will get it in right away, didn't, call again. says they couldn't put it on the card without my coming to hickory in person so they mailed me a check. Now he calls and says actually I should owe them money cause that was a charge for inspecting the car to see if I could get warranty. He refused to let me talk to someone else and said that person was not in today.

Just bought a 2016 Pilot I couldn't be happier. Aaron was very patient and thorough about showing me the vehicles I was interested in. The whole process was very relaxed but completely professional. I would buy from them again.
