Store was clean and well stocked. But one thing l can not stand is to be followed around and watched. Then to be asked if l want them to hold my articles at the register like l am going to run off with them. First and last time shopping there.

It’s one thing to be assertive but when you have a full attitude passing judgement because of personal beliefs. Expressing to be a place to help meanwhile making people feel as if they are not Worthy of the help. Being rude when questions are being asked to have a better understanding of what you expect and why as if it’s hendering you from something? I one was not asking for such help but was witness to a phone call from a person calling for help, and the woman in the phone in my opinion obviously was unprofessional, rude, and had very little compassion if any. Doesn’t come off very Christian

Excellent people that run that place treat you with respect and I really really appreciate that and I would like to think everyone that don't need money to help people like me help with medicine thank you very much and thank you Christian ministries for being there for people like us have a blessed day in the Lord

This is the best store ive ever been to in my life so far! I still am in shock at what i saw! I dont care who you are you should definitely stop in and take a look around! I have never been in a store where everything looked so neat and clean and smelled amazing and made you just want to stay almost as if this was a room in your own house you spend hours in! I cant wait to take my family and shop for hours there!

Absolutely one of Catawba County's genuine blessings. Has been for Decades.. had it not been for these people/ organization my parents would have struggled possibly even done without..due to their health. Forever grateful. Blessings ❤️

My experience with this ministry was not good and to think this is a Christian ministry is an over statement. I’ve never felt so degraded in my life to be questioned about not having a job and not having income when there is a pandemic in place and a lot of people are still out of workat this time due to health reasons and/or lack of childcare. The lady in the office was very cold to me and her attitude was very poor. She lied straight in my face saying they could only help with $100 towards my rent and just gave a lot of inaccuracies when providing me with information. I don’t know what is going on but this is the 4th time that I’ve went to this place and been turned away saying they don’t have funds for rent when the government gave these non profit organizations a million dollars to help people that are facing eviction.

Good people helping good people who have been displaced for one reason or another. I volunteer here in the food pantry. If you need food u can get emergency food help once a month just come by there is some paper work but nothing too invasive.

These folks are amazing! I'm so thankful there are people willing to volunteer their time to help those of us who don't have and can't afford insurance. I also appreciate being able to get my prescriptions (at least most of them) at a lower cost. There is sometimes a wait while they try to work out something with what the pharmacy can get, but it's still better than trying to find a way to afford them otherwise. They have taken a HUGE burden off of my family.

Friendly, long line always, not enough info to know what you need to get help and the days they will help you with certain things. Tomorrow will be my 3rd time coming for the same thing. 1st time they wasnt helping with what I needed help with that day, 2nd time i didn't have all the documentation they needed to help me. Hopefully will get help this 3rd time but will have to wait in that long line, even if i get there as soon as they open,freeze my bootie off and still don't know if they are going to be able tohelp me and my family.

Great place to support your community by donating goods, buying goods, or volunteering. Everyone has things that can be repurposed or used to make someone else's life richer.
