My partner and I had a couples pedicure on Saturday. This was absolutely the best pedicure I have ever gotten. From the moment we walked in we had a great experience. The blueberry margarita was really good also. I love that you guys a very LGBTQIA+ friendly business. We will becoming in for massages and facials tomorrow, and I have already booked my nail appointment for the first weekend in July.

Terrible place, I don't recommend it
They canceled my appointment at the last minute without warning. When I arrived at the place, they told me that the person who was going to assist me left. They couldn't tell me anything about it beforehand, until I arrived, and if I wanted I could come back again ? when I scheduled everything in time to this.
Then they limited me only to a basic service that I could have had anywhere else, nothing special, the most basic, and they charged me for the service that they themselves canceled and the basic service they gave me, double payment, they definitely stole my time and money.

I recently visited Grafin Blau Salon to get my eyelashes done, and I can't say enough good things about the experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a serene and relaxing atmosphere. The decor is beautiful, and you can't help but feel at ease as soon as you step inside.
The staff was incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home. They were attentive and professional, making sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. Special shoutout to Michelle, the eyelash aesthetician who worked on me. She was not only super pleasant and friendly but also highly skilled. Michelle took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and delivered beyond my expectations.
My eyelashes look absolutely amazing an so much longer and fuller. I have received so many compliments, and I love how they enhance my eyes. I highly recommend Grafin Blau Spa and especially Michelle for anyone looking to get their eyelashes done.

I get massages here regularly. I tried so hard to find someone to help with my neck and shoulder pain. No one came close to Scott. He is meticulous in helping me identify where my pain is coming from and helping to mitigate it. I leave feeling refreshed, more mobile, and my stress-related pain is gone! I cannot recommend them enough! Worth every penny. Also the atmosphere is so relaxed and calming. It's good for my soul and my body!

I was out of state and found this super cute spa!
Gräfin Blau Spa has been a local business for 11 years and is nestled in historical downtown Hickory in a house where the architecture is antique and has a cottage type vibe.
The spa offers a variety of services such as: massage of all sort of varieties to include medical and therapeutic, several types of facials to include cryo services and contouring services, and also manicure and pedicures, brows and lashes, and color and style hair services, just to name a few.
The staff are super friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They are incredibly accommodating and want you to have the best service possible. The spa is clean and smells nice with a casual vibe. Note worthy: Anyone who books a massage has 30 minutes included free in their infrared sauna (as long as space is available so be sure to let them know ahead of time when you are booking). Their prices are adequate for the high quality of services rendered. Be sure to check out their website for a full list of services in detail.
I’m a huge fan of this spa and I hope you can make a quick visit!
I’m proud to support local. And if you haven’t made a visit up to North Carolina, I highly recommend it, it is a gorgeous state.

Just had a couples massage with my daughter for Mother's Day. Spa was quiet & clean, tables were heated & comfy, rooms were dim and music was soft all of which made it easier for us nervous newbies to relax. Marnie was gentle as requested and Kirby worked out some siatic tension I hadn't even realized I was holding on to, it was definitely just what I needed! Only complaint was that I told Marnie when we arrived that it was our first massage ever and she didn't go over (or offer) any of the freebies that are supposed to come with the package to us. Hot Stones, Infrared Sauna, drinks, etc... I did ask about the Lilac Margarita when I saw it on our way out, which was yummy, only wish I had it upon arrival. Thanks again ladies! ☺️

I brought a small group of ladies here for a spa day for our friend who’s getting married. They were very accommodating, communicative and I thought their prices were reasonable. They have so many great options! The location is adorable. The technicians were nice and friendly. They have beverages including a monthly cocktail…so fun! We all enjoyed our services, which ranged from massages, facials and a pedicure. Thank you Heather and the team for making my friend’s afternoon relaxing, enjoyable, and perfect!

I had my first experience at Grafin Blau and I will be a regular from now on! I had been battling some residual lower leg and foot edema from childbirth and was in desperate need for lymphatic drainage and was directed to just what I needed. I highly recommend Juta! She is amazing and personable. I had the ionic foot detox, sat in the infrared sauna, followed by the wood therapy massage that was seriously the best massage I’ve ever had, and lastly I had the cryotherapy on my problem areas where my inflammation was occurring and saw instant reduction in swelling. With all that being said, I felt like a million bucks after! It was an invigorating detox experience. I can’t wait to go back!

Always a lovely experience at this Hickory gem. Had a fabulous massage with Marni today. It was a deep tissue massage and she delivered. I can tell such a big difference already. I highly recommend her. She said she's been practicing for 8 years and it's evident in her work.

Just had my first Cryo service yesterday- Heather thoroughly explained the process and answered all of my questions beforehand . Juta was my tech and after examining me, she is very confident that this cryo therapy is going to work for me!! I have 2 permanent , and stubborn “fat pads” on my abdomen from 30 years on insulin injections. They have always really bothered me as far as appearance, and are present no matter how “toned” I can get my stomach through nutrition and exercise. I have no desire to do liposuction for 2 small areas , so I am hopeful that the cryo treatments can reduce the size and improve the appearance of my stomach. It will probably take several sessions , but far less invasive and expensive than traditional options with no scarring! Bonus- absolutely painless and Juta is awesome!
