Our experience with Foot Solutions was terrible! My husband needed Diabetic shoes and his doctor sent them a request for custom insoles. The 1st time he went was wonderful. Everyone was very polite and competent. He was fitted for the shoes and also scanned for the special insoles. He found a pair of diabetic shoes that fit him and the employee told us that his insurance paid everything except $10. They asked if we wanted to take the shoes that day but unfortunately we did not have the $10.We changed to another insurance plan after that visit. When we called to see if the inserts were there because we had the $10 and wanted to make one trivandrum pick up both shoes and I seats together, they told us that it would be over $300! They honestly told us that we only needed $10 that 1st time and now they were goi g back on wha/ they had said. The new insurance was NOT involved in this transaction at all, but they are trying to say the new insurance will not pay. My question to them remains, why didn't you bill this all to the insurance we had the day we were there? And how could they have known that the insurance that we had at the time we were there would pay for everything except $10 if they had not have already contacted them? I wish we would have had $10 that day and my husband would now have the shoes he so desperately needs! The day we were there was right before out socoal security checks were due to co.e out and therefore we were truly broke. My husband is on Social security and I am on Disability. We are doing g the best we can but we honestly feel thos place is trying g to cover their own tracks for not billing when they were supposed to. If we had ove $300 to pay for the shoes we would! But we can't afford them at this price!!! In my heart, I feel that FOOT SOLUTIONS told us a flat out LIE. Not good customer service FOOT SOLUTIONS!!! In the meantime, my husband is still in need of Diabetic shoes. We are BOTH PRAYING that we can find another place that will be able to help us and be completely HONEST with us. Thank you!

Excellent customer service, caring staff, and attention to detail! They helped me find the perfect shoes for an upcoming race. Shopping at Foot Solutions is a 10/10 experience and I recommend it to everyone!

My experience at Foot Solutions in Hickory was very good. My foot was measured and analyzed by one of the employees who explained everything in an easy to understand way. She helped me to find a pair of shoes that fit as well as an insert that has helped my feet greatly just in the first three days since buying them. We also scheduled a follow up appointment to see how my feet are adjusting to the new fit. Overall I’m thankful to have found a group of professionals who help me find the right shoes for me and know how to help my foot problems.

My 97 year old father, diabetic, was beginning to have problems with sores on his feet. He had diabetic shoes from a podiatrist, but still was having problems, possibly because the shoes were getting too worn. Went to Foot Solutions, where I have had good personal results and whom Dad's doctor had recommended. Christy and Patrice worked with us, were very patient with my father, who has poor hearing as welll as cognition issues, treated him with respect, and had shoes that hold promise for helping. I was told as well that if there continued to be problems that they would work with us to help resolve them. Really appreciate the support that we got.

This store was my last hope and not only did they deliver, but I actually enjoyed my time with the sales manager.I had gone through the process of the custom orthotics, but Foot Solutions goes above and beyond to ensure you get the best fit in a stylish shoe that holds up for years.

Why didn't I do this sooner!!!! After months of foot pain I made an appointment and got placed in the correct type of walking shoe. Guess what, no more pain! Employees are knowledgeable, friendly, and not pushy. I would recommend this place to anyone of any age.

I’ve dealt with leg discrepancies my whole life. Trying to find the right people to help has been a little bit of a challenge. My friend went here and said she thought they could help and they did!! Great people who work there! They did all they could to cater to what I needed. Please go see these folks!

The customer service is excellent. Even though when I was there it was quite busy, I wasn't rushed and got the shoes that will work for me. I'm sorry I don't remember her name but all staff has been excellent. Thank you and I highly recommend them.

Staff was very helpful and took their time with me. They recommend what they thought I could wear if they didn't think it would do after getting it on they would tell me rather than pushing the sell.I would recommend this store to anyone that needs special attention to fitting of their shoes.Special thanks to the lady that waited on me and made sure of the fit.

Great service! I told Christy what I needed and the first shoe I tried was perfect fit, color, and style. Next pair of shoes for another occasion were more challenging to find, but she kept trying. I have a foot with nerve damage and Christy understood that the least little thing can made an otherwise good shoe very uncomfortable.
