Wonderful retail experience. Fleet Feet has personal service like stores used to with knowledgeable staff, a good selection of premium products and a low pressure, helpful sales approach. Couldn’t say enough good things about Fleet Feet Hickory.

I've shopped here before and had great service, that was not the case on Saturday. No one acknowledged us in any way while we were looking around and waiting. I stood at the register with items in my hand waiting to check out for 10 minutes. When someone finally came up to the register she seemed annoyed. I also work retail and I know that it's a hard job. I know that places are busy on Saturday but that does not excuse the rudeness. I will not be back.
