Not open to the public.Nothing on their website tells you this. You have to find out by going there.Luckily “Bolt and Tool Supply” and “Allied Industrial Products” are nearby.EDIT: the owner responded. Cool. As the owner, you have control over how Google lists your store.When your store is listed just like a grocery store on web listings folks may think they can just walk in and purchase like I thought I could.Perhaps you should take an hour to update the main search/map listings for your store.

Don't waste your time to drive there. The doors are locked. They don't allow the public in their store. Went to home depot where I should have went to begin with. The other fastenal locations I've been to have been open to the public.

Could try harder to assist customers with their needs. Through these new circumstances they are turning “their” customers away and to other companies.

Went there thinking it was open as per the website. Only to find the door locked.With a paper on the door saying closed.Why not mention that they are closed and doing orders through the website.

This is a newer store. It replaced one that was a mile or so away. They have a great selection. The staff is helpful. My biggest complaint is the machine screws that I purchase on a regular basis are kind of hit and miss since they are only allowed to stock 1 bag of 50. I have recently started ordering them in advance to ensure they have them. Before I might have to go to multiple locations.

I use Fastenal because they can get things over night, and i don't mind paying their price. I needed material for job, new it would have to be ordered. ordered it through bobby, showed up the next day to pick up and they said after a 10 minute wait they didn't have it. I was told they had called and left me a voicemail but i had no call from them.they said they couldn't get my product so they ordered the same thing in stainless steel which costs triple- i think detectives call this " bait and switch"
