This the second timeI had poor/rude customer service at Ace Hardware. I'll shop elsewhere in the future. Although none of the three had what I needed, I received vastly superior service at Lowes and Home Depot.

Went to this location last Thursday, it was 7:17pmIt was closed. Even though online it says 8pm, worse yet when the manager came to let another customer out. I ask him "what time do you close"He said 7:15pm

They may have had the parts needed, but ZERO compassion! I am D.N.R., was obviously leaning on the cart, trouble breathing.....ASKED FOR HELP. Three staffers couldn't leave me quickly enough! That the young jack holding court with three other your people actually had the nerve to ask if I had found all that I needed?!?!?NO! But I will find a HELPFUL hardware to go to!!!
