The manager here needs an attitude adjustment! She needs to learn her place! She takes advantage of her authority! DO NOT SHOP HERE! THEY ALL CAUSE TROUBLE! Racism is also a big issue here! Do not shop here or go there what so ever! A manager like her doesn’t deserve any good what so ever! Until she doesn’t work there anymore, I will NOT shop here! I’ve also talked to a lot of people who did shop there and now we’ve all agreed that until that manager is gone, we won’t be going there! I will make sure everyone near this dollar general knows about this crazy manager! She doesn’t deserve a job with the way she treats people! She tells her employees how to treat people! Insane! I hope she gets what she deserves! Karma!

Went to do my Coupons today like every Saturday and the big man not trying to be mean was very very disrespectful!! Just because i told him it had to be less ) my total !!!!He start being very mean !!! In front of the other customers!! That made me feel very uncomfortable!!! I'll make sure to go to the other store in springs rd where they do take the time to help!!

The customer service is terrible at this particular location. I will avoid this store at all costs. The manager is absolutely hateful. She is very condescending, among other things. People like her should not work in with the public.

Every time I come to this specific store 1 hour to 30 min before closing it’s always closed ahead of whenever they are supposed to close. Incredibly annoying. I’m only able to shop at night time as to when I am not so occupied during the day crazy enough the past 7 times I’ve tried going they are always closed way before their closing time. So sad when a lot of people depend on Dollar General and there great deals. I personally love shopping a Dollar General but this store a big no!!!

Place is always a mess, like walking through a maze. Only reason I go to this location is because it is closest to my house. I understand places are understaffed, but you do NOT have to be rude to your customers. I work with patients everyday, they all have many different attitudes, but I continue to treat them with kindness. I don’t know if she is the manager but one young woman always has the RBF if you know you know. No need to be like that to people especially how the world is today. Come on do better people!

I was on an important phone call and the lady said something so quietly walking out the door when she walked back in she grabbed my items and rudely announced "I said I can't ring you up here" while checking out I was a little confused by the pos system and I was running short on money so I used cash and card I asked her because I was confused what it was doing and she again rudley interrupted not only my call but myself and said "I SAID HIT THE NO BUTTON!" Didn't even say have a good day nothing I get people have bad days but why do you have to be rude?

The guy at this springs Rd. Location he is the manager. This guy has always treated my family with respect. Every time I go in here he is always short staffed so a lot of times we see him working the cash register and stocking shelves, unloading boxes. What’s crazy is I go here every day I have never seen him NOT have a smile on his face! He’s always very helpful even when my wife is one of them crazy coupon lady’s he has so much patience lol ! Despite seeing him do so many jobs at once he always greets his customers and always super nice! I’ve went to other dollar generals where they see customers at register and there too busy talking and just completely forget about customers and don’t care! This is the type of person at the springs rd location that u need in corporate to show at other dollar general locations on how to treat customers and how to multi task! Despite this guy never has a bad attitude! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
