I typically don’t write reviews but felt this one was needed. First let me say I am a first time boat buyer. I have been thinking about purchasing a pontoon now for quite some time. I first made an inquiry online through Doc’s Marines website and the very next day I had a voicemail from Robert offering his assistance. When I called him back he was very polite and asked a few general questions so he understood what I was looking for. I then scheduled a time to go by and meet with him at the Marina and look at some boats. His approach was very professional and friendly. He first wanted to talk with us to better understand how we would be using a potential boat. We then went and looked at the boat I was originally looking at online which was very nice and checked all the boxes for which we were looking for. At no time did he try to up sell us. In fact I ended up upselling myself from an 18’ to a 22’ boat. Throughout the purchasing process he stayed in touch with me providing updates. The day we were to take ownership of the boat he had it out of the water so he could walk us around it going over the motor and other features. He then had his staff put it in the water and accompanied us on the lake for about an hour to really walk us through the boat and how to break it in. I would highly recommend anyone who is looking to purchase a boat visit Doc’s.

Out of the boat dealers I've worked with I would genuinely put Doc's at the top of the list. They worked with me out of state, helped me with my own state's bureaucratic nightmare, made sure the boat was ready for the water after my 7 hour drive and then some. Stabicraft is new to the East coast and I was impressed by the level of knowledge and excitement that the whole shop had for the brand. I wouldn't hesitate to refer my own mother to them. Big thanks to Robert and Jeremy and everyone else who helped!

At my first meeting with my salesman, we had a lengthy discussion about what my boat needs were. I needed a swing away tongue due to storage restrictions, I was promised one but didn't get it. Instead, I had to shell out another $250 and install one myself. I was promised a 12 gallon fuel tank, I got a 6 gallon fuel tank at the same cost. I was promised life jackets, didn't get them. My message is buyer beware. Even though I had this all in writing they didn't deliver on a lot of promises. I could/should have gone back to complain but it's 70 miles from my house. I'm done with them.
