Went to pick up pet. They had bad news, our dog got out. Later that night Bella was hit by a car and could be saved. Owner first offered to make good, then decided he would not and told us he had no ins to get an attorney. After investigation he isn't one to be trusted just ask the folks in the business next door. If you take your pet there and something happens it's at this point your fault for not taking free advice

Don’t really have much to review as I called numerous times during business hours (2:30 on a Thursday) and got no answer. Also left a message with no call back. How do you do business if you can’t even answer a phone? After reading various controversial reviews about this place, I’m not driving all the way there with no appointment. Trying to support local businesses during this time of need but this is just downright frustrating and unprofessional. Guess I’ll take my business elsewhere.
