You have to go to a separate window to ask a question or refill another prescription.

I was quoted $165 for one medication at CVS in Viewmont. I called back two days later and they confirmed the same dollar amount. It didn't seem right, so I had that mediation and 3 others transferred to Publix, whom I've never used for prescriptions before. I just paid $25 and change for all four prescriptions, with no line, and great customer service. Do NOT get prescriptions filled here before shopping around. You will not only wait over an hour on hold before speaking to someone, you will also pay a whole lot more out of pocket at CVS. There is no excuse for overcharging someone like that. Please don't take my word for it. Check around and see for yourself.

my previous review was deleted for some reason, but I am posting again because the way me and my mother were treated TWICE on two separate occasions was awful. There is a young girl in the pharmacy who is so rude. When she told me they were out of my previously prescribed medicine, I listened and followed up with my doctor to get it changed. When I came back up to the counter to tell the different person at the counter this, she screamed (literally!) at us again that they don't have the medicine. after the person helping us told her what was happening, she threw a "sorry" at us. another time, the pharmacy was closing at 1:30 for lunch. before we could step in the line, she screamed at us, "WE'RE CLOSED!!" I get it, you need a lunch break, but don't yell at us for not knowing. That girl does not need to be in healthcare at all with customer service skills like that. I've now changed where my medicine is sent.

They charged me $500 just to get tested for covid and a flu shot. I didn't ask to get tested for the flu, didn't even know I got tested but they charged me for $100 for that alone. Customer service has hold times upward of an hour and their answer is "we got you sucker". Never coming to a CVS again unless I feel like getting mugged.

I literally only go to this CVS for the convenience of it being 24/7 other than that one redeeming quality this is the worst experience I’ve ever had with CVS, if you call then expect to be on hold for over an hour no matter what time. The automated voice gives you inaccurate information, as well as the text I receive.

This location use to be a good pharmacy but now it seems to be changing. The drive thru is never open anymore and the line inside has had a long line with people getting irritated. If in need of a pharmacy, I would not recommend this location.

Had me on hold for 1 hour and then I hung up. Ill never go to this place again. The worst I have ever dealt with. If I can give them 0 stars I would.

Very first time using this CVS and they say they don't have my prescription... But the app says it does and I got a text saying so... People don't know how to do their job is what it boils down to. Do better!

Everytime I have to get my son’s ADHD medicine filled there is always an issue. Either they don’t have it or they say they hadn’t filled it yet because they were busy. Mind you it’s been 12 hours since it was called in the be filled and still not done. My kids medicine can’t be filled until the day they take their last pill. So them not filling it in a timely manor or not having it every month is unacceptable. My kids can’t miss a dose because of how the stimulant affects their heart and blood pressure. I have to fight with this pharmacy twice a month every month. I only use this one because they are open late but it’s not worth it anymore.

Overcharged me on a prescription which forced me to make a second trip. When brought to their attention they overcharged me AGAIN only by a lesser amount because I would not make a third trip to return the ONE Pill I picked up for a procedure next week.

Always a disappointment. Every time I have to go to pick up my medication there is always a reason for me to get upset. Whether it’s the long line or the staff is goofing off not doing there job.

I've got my prescriptions filled here for years. I have the app on my phone that gives me money every time I get a prescription filled. Like every 5 prescription they give you $5 to shop in store or online ..I have the yearly membership that cost $48 per year. But it pays for itself. It gives you free shipping on all your prescriptions, it gives you $10 every month on your app to buy other things in the store, gives you 20% off all cvs brand items..so it pays you to have their membership..I love all the free stuff I get with my membership

Drive thru is getting slower everyday. Lots of new faces. And now they take a lunch break & close for 30 minutes which is fine but I choose to have my rx's there because it was a 24/7 pharmacy.

Recently, my medical insurance changed. CVS is no longer a pharmacy on my new plan. All my scripts had to be transferred to Walgreens. For five days I have been waiting for Walgreens to fill my much needed meds to no avail. Jimmy and the pharmacists at CVS went above and beyond for these prescriptions to go through. Jimmy called the other pharmacy numerous times and called me to update. I will miss my people at CVS. They are wonderful!!❤️
