In there today asked for a pharmacist to come to the vitamins and help me. They have done this before. A lady with a rude attitude told me she would send someone up front to help me. Those young kids don't know what I was needing to know. So I just left. Rude and hateful she was.

Good luck if you have to get your medication at night like I do. The woman who works in the pharmacy is so rude and gives dirty looks. I had to change my insurance and wasn’t aware that she would have to redo my prescriptions so she then explained “Well it’s going to take me a while to redo all these!” It took her a couple minutes, all while slamming the stapler and ripping open the bags. I put off getting my medications for days just so I don’t have to encounter her. She shouldn’t be working with people and I guess I’ll have to change pharmacies since most likely nothing will be done about it.

The pharmacy never answers their phone no matter what time of day or night! Get it together CVS you can do much better or you're going to lose more than one customer.

This CVS must be absolutely awful to work for. I can’t speak for other ones but this one needs help from upper management. You’re in the drive thru forever and if you go inside you’re standing forever. I’ve never seen workers in a pharmacy look so miserable. I really wish upper management would send someone in to work there disguised so they wouldn’t know who they were. It’s that bad. All the reviews say they’re rude etc. I honestly think the reason they come off rude is because of the work conditions.I managed a Wells Fargo back when their sales goals were making people lose their mind and they looked way happier than the employees here. It would be nice for a company like that to reach out to some of the bad reviews and truly ask about their experience vs making changes without truly understanding the problem. On my worst day I have never come across to my customers or my employees the way they do.

Lady at the register tonight on 03/08/24 12:00am was displaying simply rude and disrespectful behavior , an attitude that was absolutely unnecessary. Poor customer service not only destroys existing customer relationships but this woman doesn’t belong in customer service at all. It is clear the customer doesn’t come first here. I hope she is given some serious behavioral feedback / training and understanding of the career she chose .

I had a very negative experience overall just trying to get the medication, but I appreciate the staff trying to move quickly and be helpful even though I think the system sucks but that’s out of their control. Overall I felt like the employees will help you as much as they can, even if they’re limited on that by things out of their hands.

Pretty good service... very pleasant & helpful, only giving 4stars because they're often understaffed.. But aside from that these guys are amazing ??

Called to transfer a prescription from another pharmacy because I couldn't get there before they closed. Waited on the phone forever for them to pick up the phone and hang up. Tried one more time before the other place closed. Sure enough they answered and hung up again. Online transfer said I had to call In. Bunch of jerks

You have to go to a separate window to ask a question or refill another prescription.

I was quoted $165 for one medication at CVS in Viewmont. I called back two days later and they confirmed the same dollar amount. It didn't seem right, so I had that mediation and 3 others transferred to Publix, whom I've never used for prescriptions before. I just paid $25 and change for all four prescriptions, with no line, and great customer service. Do NOT get prescriptions filled here before shopping around. You will not only wait over an hour on hold before speaking to someone, you will also pay a whole lot more out of pocket at CVS. There is no excuse for overcharging someone like that. Please don't take my word for it. Check around and see for yourself.

my previous review was deleted for some reason, but I am posting again because the way me and my mother were treated TWICE on two separate occasions was awful. There is a young girl in the pharmacy who is so rude. When she told me they were out of my previously prescribed medicine, I listened and followed up with my doctor to get it changed. When I came back up to the counter to tell the different person at the counter this, she screamed (literally!) at us again that they don't have the medicine. after the person helping us told her what was happening, she threw a "sorry" at us. another time, the pharmacy was closing at 1:30 for lunch. before we could step in the line, she screamed at us, "WE'RE CLOSED!!" I get it, you need a lunch break, but don't yell at us for not knowing. That girl does not need to be in healthcare at all with customer service skills like that. I've now changed where my medicine is sent.

They charged me $500 just to get tested for covid and a flu shot. I didn't ask to get tested for the flu, didn't even know I got tested but they charged me for $100 for that alone. Customer service has hold times upward of an hour and their answer is "we got you sucker". Never coming to a CVS again unless I feel like getting mugged.

I literally only go to this CVS for the convenience of it being 24/7 other than that one redeeming quality this is the worst experience I’ve ever had with CVS, if you call then expect to be on hold for over an hour no matter what time. The automated voice gives you inaccurate information, as well as the text I receive.
