Wish i could give a zero star i had a prescription sent in after an er visit for my sick child. I tried to call and verify they were ready before leaving the hospital er dept, couldn't get the automated system to verify anything and couldnt get a person on the phone. I go across town and I found out his prescriptions were not in their system. I called the hospital er dept and they assured me it was sent on their end and next I pull back up to the windows after listening to my upset 3yo child for 20 minutes in the parking lot and they tell me is still not in their system. All they had to do was pickup a phone call the ed and get the situation remedied.
ZERO STARS for one of the only local 24hour pharmacies.

Their money order machine is always "not working". Sounds to be more along the lines of I don't know how to use the money order machine therefore it's not working. If it's actually broken then fix it or just take it out. I'm sure CVS makes plenty of money.

I went through 2 different pharmacists and had to get the doctor on the phone before they were able to locate my prescriptions. This is pitiful customer service and should be thoroughly looked into for efficient work flow. By far worst customer experience Iāve had in 10 years!

I know weāve been with CVS for years- and recently have had awful issues there and experiences but I truly feel like Nathan, the new pharmacy manager, is trying his best to turn it around, heās been so good to me & my husband whoās recently been diagnosed with CHF and Nathan was so good to help us get Justinās medication & patient with us thru all our changes- itās gonna take time to start over from scratch but I love most of the staff and 2 pharmacist heās got there now, Josh and I canāt remember the other gentleman name but thereāre both so good, they always call us back pretty quickly after leaving messages (canāt say I like the new system bc I wanna be able to reach someone when I call in) but itās the best they can do for now, anyway my review is based off my experience with the pharmacists and pharmacy manager- Nathan!!! If he sees us in store he always tries to check in on us & how weāre doing & I canāt tell u how much I appreciate that, makes me feel like I have a great pharmacy team taking care of my whole family & for that reason & bc I really believe Nathan is going to make this location great again. Iāll be a loyal n patient supporter of his team and him! Give them a chance- change always takes time yall especially when u have to start over with staff & good caring people these days are hard to come by but Nathan is the best decision this pharmacy has made!! I am upset that now when I call I. Any even get anyone on the phone which has caused me to get my medication filled at Walgreens unless you want to lose a lot of customers I would fix it because I can't even call to see if medicine is in stock. they don't even call u back when you leave a message it's horrible

Absolutely the worst pharmacy experiences we've ever had, at any pharmacy, anywhere. Ive put off writing this review for a while but this weeks incident was the last straw. The pharmacy staff is disrespectful and completely unreliable. I called to have my husbands prescription transferred almost one week ago and they still haven't done it. The manager there is a rude man who is openly hostile and disrespectful of patients. Several months ago, we heard him openly speaking disrespectfully about sick patient filling an rx at his store. As healthcare professionals and physicians in town I can unequivocally say that at the very least they have poor customer service and at most they don't meet basic obligations for care towards their patients. I will always double check the pills and products we get from there because I have zero trust in that pharmacy. The wallgreens down the street is so much better- if your insurance allows, I recommend you fill there.

The last four times I have called the pharmacy I was on hold no less than 22 minutes. That was the least amount of time I was on hold, 22 minutes. They obviously need more staff. Maybe retrain the ones you've got as well because there's very few of them that understand what good customer service is. I understand you're completely covered up and busy that is no excuse for rudeness. I use this pharmacy because it's 24 hours and I'm sure that's why a lot of people stay with it. But I've never had to deal with such horrible customer service.

In there today asked for a pharmacist to come to the vitamins and help me. They have done this before. A lady with a rude attitude told me she would send someone up front to help me. Those young kids don't know what I was needing to know. So I just left. Rude and hateful she was.

Good luck if you have to get your medication at night like I do. The woman who works in the pharmacy is so rude and gives dirty looks. I had to change my insurance and wasnāt aware that she would have to redo my prescriptions so she then explained āWell itās going to take me a while to redo all these!ā It took her a couple minutes, all while slamming the stapler and ripping open the bags. I put off getting my medications for days just so I donāt have to encounter her. She shouldnāt be working with people and I guess Iāll have to change pharmacies since most likely nothing will be done about it.

The pharmacy never answers their phone no matter what time of day or night! Get it together CVS you can do much better or you're going to lose more than one customer.
