When I originally went to pick up my medications, the pharmacy worker seemed like she just didn't want to deal with any issues. Everything I said, I had to repeat about 3 times for her to hear and, after waiting for an hour for my meds, I found out they were delayed and I wouldn't be able to pick them up that day, which would have been nice to know an hour prior.

I am frustrated with my local CVS! I have been a loyal customer for 20+ years and I am ready to change pharmacies. They NEVER have enough help and I just had surgery and have to wait 20 to 30 minutes each time! This is not exceptable. I have complained enough to them now I want to be heard by the corporation. Please hire enough people! Went last night at 10:00 and they were working on rx's from 5:00!!

Overcharged me on a prescription which forced me to make a second trip.When brought to their attention they overcharged me AGAIN only by a lesser amount because I would not make a third trip to return the ONE Pill I picked up for a procedure next week.

Most CVS pharmacies are under staffed and they struggle to keep up. I always feel bad for them as they do the best job possible. This pharmacy is better staffed than most but they are obviously overwhelmed! They are courteous but their faces show a great deal of pain. Not a good look., They are under a great deal of pressure but they do a good job. I've been a nurse a long time and have suffered from heavy work loads too, You don't have to be a saumi to see CVS has a big problem and that people burn out fast under these conditions. Wake up CVS, find a way to nurture your people!

I just drove 48 minutes to get here from Morganton so I can get my COVID TEST. Their phone message is very unclear and took me about 8 minutes to figure out which department to get to to speak to a real human being . I even went inside like I was instructed to do and then I called once more and was told to go outside so I did . Then the women was a really rude the whole entire time & refused to do my test because I was late even though I was THERE , I just couldn't find the parking spot . TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE . NEVER GO HERE .

I know staff might be under more stress due to covid, but I can't not leave a review after the brief but terrible phone interaction I had with someone in the pharmacy today. This staff member seemed to be terribly inconvenienced and annoyed by my simply needing to have a prescription refilled for my husband without having the rX number handy. I ended up having called the wrong CVS, thankfully we are established with a different CVS in our area. It would be terribly unfortunate for someone ill/sick to have to deal with someone so unfriendly over the phone. I hope whoever this staff member is gets a break soon so he can come back to work with the intention of being less snarky and more helpful.

The inside staff (non pharmacy) is wonderful, however the pharmacy staff has historically and consistently been terrible. Had an emergent need for VA prescribed meds, that had to be had before typical mail order could deliver, got there after dropping script 1.5hours beforehand and was told there was a charge (these are handled by VA and are no cost) after trying to explain this was not tricare, we were snapped at condescendingly by window staffer, who made sure to tell us she was also a veteran, like it would somehow excuse her rudeness. Absolutely would NOT recommend to anyone. This isn't the first terrible experience, but certainly the most severe especially considering why the medication was ordered. Do better.

Today I called my prescription refill in on the phone. When I talked to the pharmacist I asked to ensure they had the medication in stock and confirmed how long it would be till I could pick it up. She said yes. And it would be ready in 30 minutes. After flying in on a red eye and then driving three hours from Raleigh airport I headed straight to pick up my medication refill before going home. Once there the pharmacist told me they did not have the prescription and it would be a week before they did because they had to order it. This is why I called way earlier in the day to ensure that my medication was in stock. Asked for confirmation several times. And then I arrive and find out that I was lied to and can't pick up my medications. If she would have told me earlier I could have had my doctor call to transfer it to a different pharmacy. But since I received no call and she straight lied to me about having it, my doctor is already closed and I can't transfer it anywhere else that does have it. This is the THIRD time they have done this to me. It's absolutely unacceptable and outrageaous. Unprofessional. And to have it multiple times happen to me shows this is not just a one time accidental scenerio. The pharmacy is close to my house. That is why I like to use them. Instead I will have to never go here and drive 20 minutes across town to a different pharmacy that I can trust to actually have what they say they have. You can't do this to people with medication. Not ok.

My family, friends and coworkers frequent this store. My coworkers and I due to the fact that it is open nights and they have one the most uplifting individuals I have encountered in my life. Her name is Brittany. My General Manager and I were in the store yesterday when something did not ring up properly she called manager whom I did ask her name and if I remember correctly it was Pam. Pam (manager) was so rude and disrespectful to Brittany. She is not manager material. Brittney thank you for being so pleasant. Your exceptional!
