I have been dealing with Country Town & Tire Auto Service for more than 20 years. I have always gotten great quality products as well as their service. I would highly recommend them to any of my friends or family. They treat you like family at Country Town.

During one visit they replaced my rims and I was very satisfied with the work and price. However, during a sequential visit, for a high pressure gas pump to be replaced, $1200 seems to be an exorbitant amount of money to require for part and services rendered. They are really nice to deal with overall, I was just sticker shocked and still am to be honest.

Best experience I ever had with an auto shop. My Tesla M3 had a slow leak in its passenger side tire. Not only they attended me without an appointment, they didn't even charge me anything for removing a nail they found and plugging the leak. I was in and out of the shop in 30 minutes.

Nick just such a terrible person and rude I guess he hates his life or something? Not sure why he is always like that or how he retains customers. And I think they delete their reviews too.

Got in my car one day and it had a bad vibration when rolling. Turned out my tires were dry rotting and one had separated at the seam on the side and had bulged. Went to see Nick at Country Town. Nick used to work on my car when he was at the repair shop next to the Exxon in Viewmont on 127. He quickly set me up with a great set of tires which they put on the next day. I really appreciate how smooth and easy the process was and how much better the car rides now. Buying tires used to be an unpleasant experience but Nick and Country Town made it into a productive morning.

Didn't even get my truck home after a week or two being in the garage and it broke down and then they wanted me to pay the tow bill to have it brought back up their I would not recommend this place customer service sucks and mechanics are not much better

We were on a road trip and noticed one of our tires was losing air. After adding air a couple times we realized we needed to get it checked. We pulled into Country Town Tire. It was clean and the gentleman at the counter was very friendly and prompt. I explained the issue and within a few minutes they had repaired the tire. As I prepared to pay he said "oh, no charges have a safe trip home." If you live in the Hickory area, I would highly recommend County Town Tire. They were kind, honest and quick to get us back on the road.Service: Auto tire replacement
