Set up wifi through brightspeed because I had no other choice in wifi services for my area. I have never once received an email, phone call, text message, etc. about paying a bill, anything about my account, or the balance I owe on my bill until today when I got an email saying I owe $200 for my service. I have been trying to call for weeks to get this figured out because I was also never sent any information to create an online account and I have been hung up on or nobody answers the phone!I also signed up for their $50/month wifi +taxes in fees, but its very hard for me to believe that those taxes and fees come out to an extra $40 a month. I was told today my total bill each month is $90!!!! How absurd. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

The absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. Ditto all the other comments. I felt like I was a hapless sack being tormented in some kind of sitcom sketch.

I've spent the last 2 weekends with next to no internet and there is no repair dept i've been with centurylink for more than 20 years at this point im thinking if i had none i wouldnt be so frustrated. Century link has been ling and sayin we are striving to get faster internet but i pay for 1 to 4 and only get .6 at best. They sent me a new modem but every time i hook it up i loose internet

I wish I could give them a zero. The internet will not stay on. It was out all of last week due to “outage in our area.” It takes forever to get help via phone. I’m getting ready to switch immediately.

Since Centurylink & DIRECTV ended their joint billing Centurylink has harassed me for what I have already paid to DIRECTV thru their billing. DIRECTV has cleared my account & are billing me separately but Centurylink has accused me of writing a bad check etc. They have terrible customer service that you can’t personally talk to, but instead only primitive accusations of why they can’t clear my account. After 50 years of doing business with them this is what it has come to. BEWARE!

Internet connection is terrible cuts off on me about 3-4 times a day and it's getting very annoying and frustrating to watch Movies or Play Videogames.

Been with centurylink for 9 years, I've done nothing but cuss their service and customer service since the first month. It's almost daily having to get up and reset the modem most of the time it's multiple time. I've yet to get the issues resolved after 9 years.

The crappyest excuse of a company I've ever seen. For a month they have been pushing us back on setting up our wifi and they are STILL charging us. Please with all your power DONT go with this company, you will be sorry.

The service continues to worsen. I can't use my phone or watch TV consistently. CenturyLink modem cuts off and on continuously. REALLY BAD. If you have another choice? It can't be any worse than CenturyLink.

Internet has been out for the 3rd time in a month for 5 days again. First person I got was apparently on a cell in the jungle as service kept dropping and she couldn't understand anything. Next 3 agents just flat out lied. Worst company and worst customer service ever! If you have a choice don't go with them. This was reported over 2 weeks ago and last time I checked, was still this way.
