The absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. Ditto all the other comments. I felt like I was a hapless sack being tormented in some kind of sitcom sketch.

I wish I could give them a zero. The internet will not stay on. It was out all of last week due to “outage in our area.” It takes forever to get help via phone. I’m getting ready to switch immediately.

If the 1st star is poor...then that's right. Can never get customer service. Haven't had internet for awhile and still paying $120 a mo....poor. poor. Poor
