John is awesome! He was super knowledgeable and reasonable in explaining what was going on and why I should or should not do a particular thing I asked him about regarding my vehicle repair. He's super friendly and knows his stuff. If you have a European model car that's what he specializes in but was able to fix my issue with the jeep. Definitely will use his services again! Thank you!

When our only Mercedes Benz dealership Hendricks MB and BMW moved to Charlotte this is the place that we could always rely on. It made it easier than the over an hour drive to Charlotte get services. They are outstanding with their quality work and never uses anything but MB products in their services! Can’t recommend this place more! Best in Hickory NC imo. John and John Jr are our friends!!!

Finding a reliable, trustworthy mechanic can be a struggle these days and finding a mechanic you can build a relationship with is valuable. Car Surgeon offers a wide variety of services from oil changes to taking your motor apart, and fixing it! John is a friendly guy and will take care of you, as he has taken care of me and others I've recommended. Goes without saying, I recommend Car Surgeon!

The owner is our whole family's, "car surgeon" and we wouldn't have it any other way! I think the top selling point for me, personally, aside from fair pricing, is that this is the one place I've been to that didn't try to tell me I "needed" something. We have all been there, when you come in for a oil change or something minor, and the next thing you know, you're being baited to purchase all of this stuff that you didn't even need. John has always been upfront with us and will tell us if something is a need. Great guy and great service!
