I’m so happy they opened here I found lots of great stuff. Lots of gifts or ideas. Minus would be to the HQ itself during the holidays those poor workers need to be supplied with extra IT and other “things that could go wrong” things. Registers on weekends especially Black Friday going to be crashing. I worked at retail myself. And the amount of technical issues on this day is insane. Just for the season I think the help needs to be provided. By no means I’m upset about store itself, location of the items, amount of items or prices. It’s all great. Just my opinion.

I thought this place have only nice clothes but not. They have all kinds of stuff. I love those Nintendo paintings and othes kitchenware. The place was clean and polite staff.

Great name-brand items at great prices. You never know what you may find. They usually have a good selection of big and tall clothing as well. 👍

It's very refreshing to shop at the Jonesboro Arkansas location. Michelle and Lisa made me me feel very special compared to other establishments in this age where online is king. The store is very organized despite staffing challenges created by the economic era in which we live. I wish all retail companies would use this locale as their benchmark. Kudos Burlington Jonesboro!

Why would you have 1 person on the register on a Saturday afternoon. The other person slowly walks to the register after I’ve stood in line 20 minutes. This is how you lose business and several people walked out of your line

I like their clothes and other items. The one star is about their pathetic hiring process. Two different times about a year apart, I applied here and got an email invite to schedule a phone interview. I did and got a confirmation for the date and time I chose. Both times, I never got a call and had to call the store about 15 minutes after my scheduled time, like my confirmation email said to do. I gave my name and number to an employee who said the manager would call back later that day. Today the employee said the interviewer should be back in about an hour. So I waited, but never got called. I thought what happened a year ago was a fluke and they'd have better management now, but obviously I was wrong. I have no idea why they'd let me schedule for a time when the interviewer isn't even there. I've heard several other people have had similar experiences. Do not waste your time. If you're looking for a retail job, try anywhere else but here. Very unprofessional, unorganized, and disrespectful of applicant's time
