If I could leave zero stars I would! From the moment we walked in, I felt like we were a total inconvenience to the lady working. We bought a phone online through Boost, but didn't realize that it wouldn't come with a SIM card. We called around trying to locate one so we could go online ourselves to activate and add it to an existing plan, but were told they could not just sale us a SIM card, they would have to activate it, she told us over the phone that it would cost $35, so we headed to the store. The lady started the process and then told us it would be $35 Plus $10 for the card, irritated at this point but said fine. When we had handed her the new phone, we stated that we wanted to add it to our existing plan, that we saw it would online increase our monthly bill by $30 and she said yes. Well instead of setting it up as an additional phone on the account, she took it upon herself to do it as an upgrade to my phone AND THEN tried to tell me that I needed to be clearer about what I wanted when I went into a phone store. Excuse me but you had just told me how it had been a day, when you wrote my phone info down to access the account wrong! So maybe she needed to own up to the fact that she MISUNDERSTOOD or DIDN'T PAY ATTENTION FULLY to what we were wanting!! She calls the manager/owner to get help fixing her mess-up and proceeds to change the conversation into another language. Once off the phone she says it's fixed, restarted my phone and I made sure it was working BEFORE anything. So we asked for our money back, since she DID NOT set up the new phone or anything, instead she WASTED OUR TIME. She refused to give us a refund, saying she did stuff switching the phones back and forth, which WAS NOT what we asked for, so the work she did was her own damn fault. She was arguing with us and tried throwing the fact that she was pregnant at us, that doesn't constitute RIPPING US OFF, then says she's calling the law on us, for what being right!! I asked for the manager/owner's name and number and she refused to give it to me, asked when the owner would be working again once again refused to provide the information. She proceeded to call the law, all while she was on the phone with them we were letting it be known she didn't provide services to us but took our money! She also NEVER gave us a receipt, we asked her numerous times for it, but instead she tried to talk louder to the dispatch so they couldn't hear us speaking the truth about what was going on. Pretty sure she didn't want us seeing her pull the CASH we paid out of her pocket! You know since the receipt machine just happened to "mess up" after she realized we were paying with cash. NEVER GO TO THIS STORE!!! THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN!!! NOTHING BUT SCAM ARTISTS! We are reporting them to the BBB AND the Boost mobile headquarters

I was just in the store, we needed a phone added to our plan, but the girl wouldn't sell us just a sim card. She said policy but told us we could have them hook it up for 35 and 10 for the sim card. Well she put my number on the new phone, which is not what we asked for, we told her we wanted to add a line, so she gets upset because she had to fix her own mistake, then told me she could not refund my money but never did anything for us! We asked for the manager's name and number but she refused to provide it, so we asked for a receipt, which we never received. Instead, she called the law got all upset about a receipt or giving my money back. We are filling with better business bureau! Never go in this store, it is a trap and the girl said it just 35 dollar we'll 35 dollars is a lot of money when you work as hard as I do

My husband and I have had boost for almost a year. It was a few weeks until the year. We couldn't upgrade our phone so we will as just gonna pay full price for the phone but was told they couldn't sell us just the phone we had to buy a phone case and screen protector also. So another $100 on top of the $150 we had to pay cause we couldn't upgrade. So we ended up dropping boost altogether and going elsewhere

They charged me 2x the cost to buy the phone and activate it online for free.The chicks were pretty hot though just wish they would talk to me english rather than spanish

Raquel was very professional, and knowledgeable, she made switching to a new phone a breeze and a rather pleasant experience. The store was extremely busy, and she was working solo. However, she never got flustered and she handled every customer efficiently, friendly, and in a timely manner. White-glove customer service is extremely rare these days but Raquel delivered. She is a great asset to this company! The positive experience today will continue to keep me a loyal Boost customer!
