If I could give zero stars I would. Complete mess from management, sales, service, billing & installation at new construction home. Ongoing billing and questionable installations are disputed for workmanship & safety causing months of delays. Do not ever buy from this company!

I thought these guys were all good untold I got a bill for final installation. After I had the heater for 2 months. I was promised a rebate never got it. After talking with the service manager and salesman they refused to make this right. I will not recommend or buy anything from Blossman gas

Wonderful customer service! I came here for a propane tank refill. The gal at the front desk was very friendly and prompt to assist me. She directed me to the outdoor refill station and within a minute, Jacob, another employee, came out to assist me. He was very courteous and also prompt. He refilled my propane cylinder in no time at all and loaded it back into my vehicle for me. The refill price was reasonable and I had a wonderful customer experience! Their showroom is IMPRESSIVE as well! Definitely worth a look around. I would definitely recommend this company!

Had Energy United for over 7 years. Today they let me run out of gas and when I called them and asked to have them come fill it up said they couldn't make it out to me for at least 3 days. I called Chad at Blossman and within 2 hours of talking to him I had a new propane tank installed, the energy united one took out, and my wife washing clothes and heat in the house! Great experience and hope to be with them a long time!

Customer service at its best. From the folks who answer the phone to setting up deliveries and finally to delivery, Blossman is a pleasure to deal with. My driver, Dustin, is pleasant and helpful. Kudos to him.

These guys are awesome!!! They went above and beyond on Christmas Eve and got my new account started and gas delivered to save Christmas dinner. Everyone was professional and caring from the main office to the man who delivered our gas. These folks are the best. I plan to do more business with them in the future to set up a gas fireplace in my home. They also have an excellent selection of top end stoves/fireplaces in their showroom in Hickory. Thanks Blossman gas - you guys are the BEST!

I just found out that not only do I have to pay a rental fee for the tank but I have been charged $69.00 minimum usage fee because I did not use any gas. I requested that my full tank be picked up as I will not be using Blossman again and found out that there is a $75.00 restocking fee. This place is a huge rip off and I will never recommend anyone using them. They just lost my business and I have been a customer for a long time. If I could I would give minus stars.
