The Geek Squad Customer is terrible. The associates are rude and they do not complete their work. I would not recommend that anyone purchase the Customer Care Warranty packages. It is a total ripoff and waste of time. Best Buy and Geek Squad have forever lost my business. If I could I would hate rated them with a ZERO.

Terrible customer service even after they couldn't repair a 30 day old computer after sending it in for repair to their geeksquad service center 3 times. Telling me each time it would be replaced if it was not able to be repaired, then failing to do so when the issue continued to arise. I would caution anyone on making any significant electronics purchases with this company. Cannot even talk to a representative in-store and are directed to a call center that cannot transfer you to a store representative.

Staff needs training on what's on the show floor. Bathrooms seems to be keeped up but do need to be moved somewhere more accessible.

Ordered a TV online and when I went to pick it up the service was fast and friendly and they had a couple of people help me load it in the truck. The store was very clean and I was even greeted on the way in. I hope I have more time the next time I go so I can look around and see what all they have.
