Since moving to Hickory 7 years ago, I've shopped nearly exclusively at this AutoZone because the service is first-class!
Also, if this location doesn't have the part, I'll travel out of my way to go to another store.
They seem to enjoy helping DIYers to get the job done.

Best battery buying experience for me. They had the special type battery that my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee needed and even installed it for me on sight. Can't beat that kind of service. Friendly helpful staff as well. Thanks!!

I came in for a part. I was greeted by an employee and he helped me, knew which part I needed, ordered the part for me. His customer service was great he knew product knowledge. Because of him I didn’t feel nervous about not knowing part information. Austin Lankford was the name on his name tag. So if anyone is needing parts or help ask for him. 10/10 highly recommend

I stopped by this location earlier for a battery test and Austin was so helpful! He was quick, efficient and friendly. Within half an hour I had a new battery installed that was covered under warranty - I am very thankful for the seamless experience!
