Since moving to Hickory 7 years ago, I've shopped nearly exclusively at this AutoZone because the service is first-class! Also, if this location doesn't have the part, I'll travel out of my way to go to another store. They seem to enjoy helping DIYers to get the job done.

Best battery buying experience for me. They had the special type battery that my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee needed and even installed it for me on sight. Can't beat that kind of service. Friendly helpful staff as well. Thanks!!
