AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS
The owner buys the cars online and doesn’t even scan them. The short version of this is that I bought a car from them. The day I purchased and drove home the car started jerking violently with multiple check engine lights coming on. Did luckily make it home. The next day the car was fine lights went off. About a week later pulling a hill it did it again, I called him he said refer to warranty. The problem is the lights come and go but I did get it scanned and it said high pressure fuel pump. I replaced it thinking it was fixed it wasn’t. I drove to the business and confronted Alex the owner. I said do you scan these vehicles before you sell them, he said no. I then asked him if he goes to the auction to purchase them, he said no, he buys them online Lol. Now I’m in a damn mess trying to narrow down the problem with no codes. AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS.
Added : after reading his weak responses to all the complaints, “sorry” doesn’t fix ripping people off and they are not “100% dedicated to their customers” definitely confirms to me and future customer's, STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS.

When we arrived we were not swarmed by salesmen or upsold on our purchase.
The process was quick, painless, and Edith explained anything and everything we asked about during our time there. While we were signing papers they washed our new vehicle and cleaned the inside out for us. Highly recommend LA Motors for your next used vehicle!

Great customer service and an honest salesman.....I purchased my 2016 BMW X5 35d from Alex. I put a deposit on the car a week before flying down from Ohio. Alex kept in contact the whole time and had a person who also wanted the vehicle but he honored my deal and even when I got there early on Saturday morning the person interested in buying the vehicle was waiting to see if I showed up. Alex handled the whole transaction professionally and the car is perfect! Me and my son drove the car back to Ohio and I had its oil and inspection done by my local BMW dealership and they say it is like new! I would highly recommend Alex and LA Motors for anyone looking to buy a quality used vehicle even if you are from out of state!

0/10 wouldn't recommend. Sold me a car on May 25 & Just a couple days after purchasing the car check engine light came on. Got advance auto to read me the code for the check engine light & they made me aware that the o2 sensors were bad. I contacted the dealer to make them aware of the situation. Since warranty was purchased dealer agreed to have Revive Auto Repair also check the car out & they told me the same thing, the o2 sensors were bad. this all happened on May 27. I Called each week after that to see when the parts would be in to get it fixed & I kept getting the run around. 3 1/2 weeks later I have yet to get any update. Eventually my car stalled on me in traffic. Took the car to a few different mechanics & they all told me the same thing, that the issue is the catalytic converter & the o2 sensors. Revive Auto Repair is a mechanic shop so I’m not sure why they didn’t inform me that the catalytic converter was bad. LA motors was aware of this as well as Revive Auto Repair but failed to inform me of this. LA motors only suggested a warranty to get more money out of me knowing this was an issues that couldn’t be fixed under warranty. You may want to contact a dealer fraud attorney after purchasing a car from this dealer just to be on the safe side.

My wife finance a 2012 vw cc from them two months ago there were pending code for multiple misfire p0300 and now today the engine lost compression in one cylinder now we stuck with car that we owed money but hasn't responded back to us
