“I USUALLY DON"T WRITE REVIEWS. BUT WHEN YOU HAVE EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE YOU SHOULD TAKE THE TIME TO SHARE IT. MY WIFE WAS IN AN ACCIDENT WITH A FAIRLY NEW CAR. I HAD GONE TO A COUPLE DIFFERENT BODY SHOPS AND WAS TOLD THE JOB IS TO BIG OR CAN'T EVEN GIVE AN APPRAISAL FOR WEEKS. I STARTED LOOKING ON THE INTERNET AND FOUND K&M BODY. LOOKING AT THE WEBSITE AND SEE ING WHAT CARS THEY WERE AUTHORIZED TO WORK ON I GAVE THEM A CALL. GOT TINA ON THE PHONE. SHE WAS SO KNOWABLE AND SAID BRING IT RIGHT IN. SHE WAS ABLE TO ANSWER ALL MY QUESTION AND HAD SOME GOOD ADVICE. SHE HELPED ME THROUGH A BAD SITUATION AND MADE ME FEEL LIKE I KNEW HER FOR A LONG TIME. THANKS AGAIN TINA

“I dropped in for a vehicle inspection on a Saturday morning. They had me in and out of there in less than 15 minutes. The mechanic’s family, including 3 great kids, were at the shop. The kids entertained me in the waiting area. The family seemed so lovely. I’d happily support and recommend this business to anyone.”

“Good people kept in contact with me through a majority of the process of my car repairs the reviews an stars do outline there work would recommend over momentum car care they didn’t half ass an was straight forward with what exactly needed to be repaired even gave me the parts they replaced to take home with me good people will b returning with repairs that I’m not able to do myself”
“This was my first visit to this car care center, David and his crew got to it right away, no delay, what I found out is there are 2 additional issues with truck, good thing thing is David can fix it. I will be setting up an appointment for this work in the coming weeks. As for all the other things I had changed out or repaired seem to be working ok. Here is what I had done, transmission serviced, fluid filter exchanged, rear-end fluid exchanged, tie rod enter/outer replaced both sides, drive axle joints front and back replaced, new thermostat and gasket replaced, that's it on this trip, next will be both exhaust gaskets as I'm putting headers on my V8, and possible rear-end rebuild as it has 240000 on it, take care and I will keep you posted.”
“I have to brag on CHAVEZ AUTO-BODY, located in hickory! (If they had a facebook page I would tag them.) After my car was wrecked I was devastated I took it to a body shop and was told the parts were too much compared to how much my vehicle was worth and my insurance company was trying to total my car, that is not the answer I wanted, I was recommended to take it to CHAVEZ, I had my car moved there and day 1 the owner sat down with me, we ran numbers, we looked up parts, he looked at me & said “WE WILL HELP YOU OUT”
He & his team went above & beyond!!
He was honest with me, he kept me up to date, he worked quickly and definitely out did my expectations. He knew I had three kids and only one vehicle, he knew I would be upside down on my loan if they totaled my vehicle, and HE CARED. I am impressed with his work, his knowledge, his honesty, his customer care & over all compassion. If you ever need auto-body repair, I absolutely recommend!! My car looks amazing!!!! I hope I never find myself in this position again, but if i do, i know where i’ll go! I also know I’ll send anyone I know his way!!”
“I had an issue with my tires today and was able to walk in and get help from a friendly staff member even though it was time for them to close. He helped me with my issue, solved the problem and was smiling and friendly the entire time. I would highly recommend this place for any issues with tires.”
