“This was my first visit to this car care center, David and his crew got to it right away, no delay, what I found out is there are 2 additional issues with truck, good thing thing is David can fix it. I will be setting up an appointment for this work in the coming weeks. As for all the other things I had changed out or repaired seem to be working ok. Here is what I had done, transmission serviced, fluid filter exchanged, rear-end fluid exchanged, tie rod enter/outer replaced both sides, drive axle joints front and back replaced, new thermostat and gasket replaced, that's it on this trip, next will be both exhaust gaskets as I'm putting headers on my V8, and possible rear-end rebuild as it has 240000 on it, take care and I will keep you posted.”

The staff was very helpful and took the time to explain to me what products I needed and how to use them. “Good Job. I have taken my vehicle to Gold Standard in Hickory twice now -Very happy both times. I drive a 2008 Subaru Forester. I love my car and take very good care of it. I prefer it over a newer one. Of course the headlights showed their age being foggy, We have all seen it on older vehicles. I tried several DIY treatments for headlight restoration with no good results. I decided to spend the money and give my car a nice 'facelift 'so to speak. While getting the headlights replaced ,I decided to have the weather stripping around the doors replaced as well. The stripping was compressed allowing air noise to be an aggravation. My car with brand new headlights looks AWESOME!! The dingy headlights were aging my car. It looks so much better. Bruce and Brad made the experience so easy. I am happy with money well spent to make my car look its best --not to mention how much brighter my lights shine now. This is only the second time I have ever written a review but it is so well deserved. May God bless the crew and all involved at Gold Standard to keep making customers happy. 5 Gold Stars and a Gold metal in my book.”

“I choose to have my alternator rebuilt by Alternator Starter Resource instead of purchasing a rebuilt one off the shelf. I had little confidence in the cheapest ones online and the rebuilt ones at my auto parts stores were much more expensive. The owner stated that he uses better bearings and other parts and stands behind his work. His return rate is less than one percent. The alternator works and I'm satisfied with the process. It did take a few days to get it back but I had time to wait for the rebuild. He had quality rebuilds on the shelf for more money if you need them. I plan to take a starter from my Jeep to have it fixed after my experience with him.”

“Absolute best place to buy a battery hands down. You know when you leave the store you have the right battery. At the beginning of the mowing season I was told by a business that services mowers that my battery was bad, but even though it was out of warranty I took it to Interstate Battery and guess what? After putting it on a trickle charge the battery was still good and the owner/manager verified this through a few tests. Again, this guy knows his stuff!!!”

I HAD GONE TO A COUPLE DIFFERENT BODY SHOPS AND WAS TOLD THE JOB IS TO BIG OR CAN'T EVEN GIVE AN APPRAISAL FOR WEEKS. I STARTED LOOKING ON THE INTERNET AND FOUND K&M BODY. LOOKING AT THE WEBSITE AND SEE ING WHAT CARS THEY WERE AUTHORIZED TO WORK ON I GAVE THEM A CALL. GOT TINA ON THE PHONE. SHE WAS SO KNOWABLE AND SAID BRING IT RIGHT IN. SHE WAS ABLE TO ANSWER ALL MY QUESTION AND HAD SOME GOOD ADVICE. SHE HELPED ME THROUGH A BAD SITUATION AND MADE ME FEEL LIKE I KNEW HER FOR A LONG TIME. THANKS AGAIN TINA
