“Wow, I am completely blown away by the service I received from K&M! I can’t speak to their reconstructive work, but if it’s anything like the service I received you won’t be disappointed. I really am astounded at how much guidance they happily provided during this frustrating and confusing journey. From receiving my vehicle all the way through to it being considered a total loss by insurance I felt like they were more of a consultant than a collision shop . All of the ladies that take care of the paperwork do such a terrific job and they perform that duty with professionalism, knowledge, compassion and wonderful customer service. “The experience was absolutely awesome. This is my third vehicle that I have purchased from Amber my first New vehicle out of the three. She wasn’t pushy like many dealerships are she lets you pick what you are interested in and is very knowledgeable of her products . The experience was just easy as can be from the time we picked out a vehicle, test drive to finance, It was a little over an hour and a half. It went very fast and was fluid the finance manager Karrie had the paperwork ready to go and explained everything that we signed and all my questions that I asked was answered immediately she knows her product as well. There was one hiccup, though it was not caused by Paramount Hyundai at all, but my insurance company miss quoted my insurance premium by a huge amount and informed me of this an hour after signing I was gonna put my daughter on the loan. If I kept her on the loan my insurance was gonna make it not affordable to keep. So I contacted Amber and immediately she and Karrie calmed me down told me it was no problem that we could resign the papers it was not a problem at all they both put the very stressful moment at ease quickly as well. I made an appointment for the next morning Saturday about 9:30 AM to re-sign and complete the purchase process. Saturday morning Karrie Had everything ready to go she was actually waiting on me, I signed all the paperwork and was in and out of there in less than 10 minutes easiest car buying experience that I could Imagine-friendly professional So if you don’t feel like spending all day going back-and-forth and wasting your time, I recommend Paramount Hyundai highly.”
“Just purchased a 2020 Subaru Outback from Dean Bradshaw. Dean was awesome to work with and the finance manager Mike Powell made the buying process super easy. I’ve purchased a few used cars from other dealerships in the Hickory area over the past few years and these folks have it figured out. They were not pushy at all with warranty sales, they did not try to sneak in a “snake oil” car clean/coating package, and the car was priced very well compared to other dealerships with similar equipped vehicles. “I was referred to Gold Standard Auto Body in early Oct. 2025. My Ford Edge had significant DMG to right front end/qtr panel, tie rod. Spoke w/Brad Arrowood got a wrecker to deliver car to him on 10/08/25. Brad answers phone promptly & professionally, calls you back when he commits! He quoted & sent an email estimate giving a 7 work day turnaround for repairs which was 100% accurate (a day early in fact). I had a 3rd pty paying & he also worked great directly w/them accepting their payment & solid communication. The finished work exceeded my expectations, looks like new & car was detail cleaned (exterior). Really pleased. I'd refer to anyone!”

“I choose to have my alternator rebuilt by Alternator Starter Resource instead of purchasing a rebuilt one off the shelf. I had little confidence in the cheapest ones online and the rebuilt ones at my auto parts stores were much more expensive. The owner stated that he uses better bearings and other parts and stands behind his work. His return rate is less than one percent. The alternator works and I'm satisfied with the process. It did take a few days to get it back but I had time to wait for the rebuild. He had quality rebuilds on the shelf for more money if you need them. I plan to take a starter from my Jeep to have it fixed after my experience with him.”
