I have been very disappointed with the equipment from day one. The unit has been replaced four times and I am still having problems. Have another appointment this week for unit to be replaced again. Very frustrating

Customer service was wonderful! Upon my first lockout code, and first missed appointment, I was able to easily reschedule and extend my lockout date for the following day. Alcolock customer service patiently walked me through the process over the phone to input a new code into my interlock device.
