I would like to say that I have bought many items from the Lenoir office and have never had any problems. Tiffany at the Lenoir store cares about her people and all the sales team as well. My husband's account was behind 2 payments, called the store after being advised that he had a “writ for possession” out for the items. Only to be told by the store manager John that we owe over $800. Called cooperate only to be advised that he actually only owe $310. What a scam! Called the store to tell them they can come to get the items because you’re stealing money and lying to customers about what they actually owe.

Now I have been going to Aaron’s for my whole entire life and I have never had an issue until I moved to Hickory North Carolina and I went to this specific Arron’s. I called and talked to Samantha who By the way, doesn’t know anything about any product in that store so she’s probably not the best person to answer the phones. I was asking her computer question she did not have the answer to any of them I needed a laptop ASAP because I was active in college and my desktop quit working. I told her that I wanted a brand new windows 11 then discovered when I got home that the computer was a windows 10 and not a new computer. I called the store back for three days in a row asking to speak to somebody so that I could resolve the issue bring the computer in to get a brand new Windows 11 bc the monthly payments that I was paying was for a brand new windows 11.So when I return the computer, the gentleman told me that he was not allowed to give me my money back. now remind you I returned the computer on the first so they had already taken the monthly payment out and I asked him to refund the money because I wasn’t keeping the computer for the two weeks. He informed me that he was not able to do that and I asked him for corporates numberby the time I got a hold of corporate corporate Let me know that aarons had refunded the money. They also informed me that I was 100% in the right, and that they were not allowed to keep my money.I called John from Aaron’s and asked him why he had to be threatened in order to give me my money back. I also asked him how many other customers money he takes and asked rightfully so. I explained to him the issues that I’ve had since day one. I explain to him why I was returning the computer and I also let him know that that specific aarons was the worst Aaron’s that I had ever been to.His response was that he wasn’t gonna stay on the phone and continue to listen to me insult him. I returned with, “clearly there’s a reason why you have a 3.9 star rating sir because I’m not insulting you I am giving you customer feedback.”There was no swearing there was no profanity, no one raised their voicethis store needs new management.

The website says they close at 8 which is a Lie. Do not follow up when they are fixing something. Told me I needed to move my account and said it would be just two signatures but turns out needed to reapply.

John from HICKORY store is fantastic. We got a Samsung washing machine. We went to the morganton store for a washing machine and the store credit wasn't as high as the HICKORY store. We were in and out quickly. Plus I had all my paperwork with me to get threw the process quickly. We enjoy using Aaron's it builds credit and that have 120days same as cash system; So it really helps when unexpected things happen and electronics or beds need to be bought.

Everyone from the store manger, sales people to delivery drivers are GREAT at this store. I got a recliner I ended up not caring for and the manager let me trade it out for an X-Large chair and ottoman…and 2 throw pillows came with it. Very comfortable and again everyone was great. I highly recommend this location. Thanks!

Thank you so much for having a great products. I absolutely love my box spring and mattress. My back didn't hurt at all when I got up. Yay me. I also love my rocker recliner it's so comfortable. I Love everything I got! Delivery guys were so helpful and very nice.
