Super helpful and flexible. Took the time to help locate a good used unit to help save me a ton of money. Once the unit arrived, it was installed the next day. Kept me up to date during the whole process and answered all my questions.

Awful I gave them my 93 dodge pickup they had it for months got it back I didn't make it home got stuck brought it back they rebuild it again picked it up transmission blew up by the time I got home. Towed it back and it sat for over a month. They said couldn't figure it out so I asked for my two thousand dollars back and they said no we guarantee out work but they couldn't fix it so I had it Towed to another shop they fixed it in 2 weeks it costs me another two thousand dollars and now truck runs and drives fine. They may know how to rebuild car transmissions but not trucks DONT BRING THEM YOUR TRUCK. Im a very unhappy customer ?

Do not waste your time bringing your vehicle to this shop! They had my Subaru for over two months. Didn’t do a thing to it, and then tried to charge me $80. This garage is a joke. Trust me, do not waste your time or money.

Absolute phenomenal service. The staff was very friendly. They took their time with figuring out what it was and they gave an honest price. I truly expected it to be more but the price was very fair and they done great work. My wife was the one that handled it And she couldn’t stop bragging on how they have done. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of any transmission work. Thanks A1 you guys rock .

This is the place to go if you want your Toyota Highland to be kept for 5 weeks and returned with new warning lights that were not there previously. The dealer said it will cost me $1200 to fix whatA-1 broke.

Didn't get service done there, but they were kind enough to check my cars computer for transmission codes. None showed up but was able to refer me to someone for engine problems I was having.

Terrible place of business... everytime I came in to check on my car, employees where sitting around on there phones or doing nothing. My car there 6weeks UNTOUCHED... no phone calls, no communication, just 0 effort on their behalf.. TAKE YOUR SOME PLACE ELSE.. these guys don't care anymore!!!Service: Transmission

Don't get transmission to them,sold a transmission for car, that fit but don't shift correct AND they say working on problem but vehicle parked out front don't recommend you to go here,your choice been over 8 weeks had car...

This place they gave me by far the best quote on a transmission rebuild and they completed it within a week. I am still sort of testing it out and so far it seems OK. However, I asked them if there was anything else on the car that I needed to be aware of as the car was new to me. The response was that “ordinarily the mechanic tells me if there’s some thing, but he didn’t, so I assume it’s fine“. That was definitely not the case. As it turned out, the front brake pads were literally beyond gone to the point where the calipers are locked and it is a nearly $800 repair. Had they taken the time to actually find out the answer to my question, it would’ve saved me a huge amount of money and hassle. They also did not tell me until I arrived that the battery did not work and it needed a new battery. These are professional courtesies that make a huge difference and I am quite surprised that they would not share such information in a timely manner. He was literally bring a battery charger out to the truck for me to drive it home! I couldn’t believe it. While the transmission being done correctly is of course the most important, there are other details that most mechanics would tell you.Service: Transmission

In short they had my truck for over 6 weeks and never did any work on it. They stung me along with excuse after excuse as to why they kept getting delayed from the original 2 week estimate. I had to pick it up after they started hanging up on me. Let all the cars in the lot be a warning to you. Highly unprofessional and a big waste of time. Proceed with caution.
