The storage property was secured- safe- gated- key code entry-clean- and very convenient with 24 hour access. Beth was super helpful and friendly. Went up $10 a month on rent. Two days after the rent cleared my bank, I went to my unit. Idiots had one of their locks on my unit. I called and called and called several more times. Waited 3 hours for someone to take their lock off my unit. Done, they have one more available to anyone stupid enough to rent it.

Well, where do I begin... Beth, the only employee available, has the worst customer service skills I've ever encountered. She has nothing to do all day except harass customers whom are using their storage unit for the intended purpose of storage. I spent some time going through my stuff and organizing it because I have pretty much everything I own in here. Apparently the 24/7 isn't really a thing. They've restricted my gate code to business hours only because I spent too much time here in one day. So, even though I'm a paying customers and I am not behind in payment, I've not broken my lease agreement, I've been restricted. If you don't own a car, you can't get out of the gate. It's weight only. So say a scooter wouldn't weigh enough to get you out of here. So, I've had to actually crawl under the gate to get out. They've told me not to give out my code but in order for me to get out, I have to tell someone the code on the outside to get the gate open. I've found spiders, roaches, and other critters in my unit which leads me to believe they don't spray for these bugs to roam around. They also charged me $10 to cut my own lock off because I lost my keys...I don't recommend this place if you plan to keep stuff here and never come check on it. If you really don't need to use the stuff you're storing then watch out for bugs. Beth has actually called the police on me and tried to have me arrested for trespassing. Such great customer service skills.
