Highly recommend this shop. Moved here not too long ago, so wasn’t entirely sure where to go. My exhaust had rusted and split. I got there shortly after 12 and had to wait for everyone to get back from lunch (but that was explained to me ahead of time and I had no problem waiting) - I’d just recommend getting here before 12 or after 1. Anyways - Danny worked on my exhaust, showed me everything on the car before he did anything, told me his plan and allowed me to watch his work (from a safe distance). Danny was great - Honest guy and I appreciate the work! Very affordable and my car is running great and sounds so much better now.

Did work work on my F150 paid for parts and labor only to find out a few weeks later that only HALF of the parts that I was charged for had been replaced 1300.00 paid to Darrell as soon as the supposed repairs were made!! I never questioned his integrity or the integrity of his mechanics!! BUT MY TRUCK STARTED HAVING THE SAME SYMPTOMS AS IT DID PRIOR TO SUPPOSED REPAIRS. So I PERSONALLY STARTED MY OWN INVESTIGATION AS TO WHAT WAS GOING ON… and IT WAS THEN WHEN I REALIZED THAT I HAD BEEN FLAT OUT CHEATED OUT OF 1300,00. I grew up working on my own vehicles but as I’ve gotten older I prefer to pay a GARAGE to do the work… SO I DO HAVE ENOUGH TO KNOWLEDGE TO KNOW WHEN A PART HASNT BEEN REPLACED IN THIS CASE THERE WERE A FEW… I WILL BE TAKING LEGAL ACTION!! CONSUMER BEWARE ….BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES AND SHADY MECHANICS!!! DONT DO IT… I can ALMOST PROMISE YOU THAT HIS BUSINESS IS SOLELY SUPPORTED BY RETURN CUSTOMERS WHOM CONSTANTLY HAVE REPAIRS MADE ARE BECAUSE OF ISSUES INTENTIONALLY CREATED BY THE GARAGE..: BOTTOM LINE IS …ITS FRAUD AND I HAVE DOCUMENTED PROOF OF EVERYTHING THAT I HAVE SUBMITTED IN THIS REVIEW!!! Will be REPORTING AND FILLING A COMPLAINT TO THE BBB AND THE NC DOJ OFFICE “… BUSINESSES LIKE THIS NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN PERIOD!!! I WOULDN’T RATE THEM AT ALL IF I HAD THAT OPTION!!! CROOKS!!! IF YOU CONSTANTLY HAVE TO HAVE REPAIRS DONE BY THE SAME GARAGE ON THE SAME VEHICLE then chances are YOU ARE FRAUDULENTLY BEING CATFISHED !!!

They have always treated me right when I go here. Usually go for inspections and they always try to get me in asap, even though they are usually pretty busy. Which, I think that speaks for itself. All his customers can't be wrong. lol They do good work.

Did good and quick work welding on a new exhaust. I even had it begin to rattle the next day, and they made sure they fixed it free of charge. Some great people here, and I will be coming back.

I went to A1- MUFFLER on Thursday 12/22/2022 to have a new muffler installed on my suv I arrived that morning and as usual, I received ( A-1- SERVICE ) and a JOB VERY WELL DONE I waited for my suv the staff is GREAT they treat you like FAMILY. BIG THANK YOU
