Update: 7-14-24 No Change. Rinsing for 4 minutes and no water in machines. Dont sit down if you use these machines. Your going to need to make sure the machine puts water in it.
Very little water in the machines. They eventually added water but after 4 minutes of it tumbling. When did the machine turn into HE washers? At 18 minutes #12 has no water in it and at 17 it adds water? #14 at 15 minutes has no water, light says rinse? At 13 minutes it adds water. I am thankful for the wash houses but I am asking that they are better maintained. The attendees work to make sure that the building stays clean, the machines just need more regular maintenance. Also, there is a very unpleasant odor some days. Like the water is just sitting in the washing machines and not going anywhere. Thankfully the clothes dont come out smelling like that.

My experience here is always amazing. The building is always immaculately clean. Not to mention, the machines work at a top notch level. I don't come often, but each time I am here, the attendants are always professional, kind, and curtious. Great customer service here! I will be back!!
