I love that is small ,but up to par! There is not a lot of people making you feel like you’re being watched. I always feel like I give myself a great work out! Everyone that is a member seems to be friendly. The owners seem to be great so far. I love it and highly recommend! The price is affordable also.

It is a great gym with a home-town feel. The owners are wonderful and they keep their equipment up to par. The members are all great and friendly. I love that it is 24/7 with cameras. It is also very affordable! I highly recommend Foundation Fitness!

This is an excellent gym with top of the line equipment! I appreciated the patience Donnie had in answering all my fitness questions and even setting me up on a detailed workout plan suited specifically for my goals!
