“Short story. My father left me his 2000 F250 SD 7.3L when he passed a few years ago. My mom was attached to the truck so i was not able to take ownership of it and for good reason. 5 years later, i took the truck into ownership and realized it needed more work than i was prepared to do myself. I asked around at work and a few people mentioned SMA diesel…. Word of mouth states was this place is the best in the upstate. I wanted my father’s truck to be in the best hands. I called, got my appointment, and showed up. Instantly, Paige made me feel like i was family…When Sam called, he broke down the issues line by line, quoted me a price, and the end price was right there close to what he quoted. I also had a chance to speak with Sam face to face, and he, too, made me feel like we’ve known each other for years. Now, as far as my fathers truck, I’m very satisfied with the job performed, and from this day forward, i will also tell people that for all your power stroke needs, SMA Diesel is where you want to be. There are few things more upsetting than sitting on the side of the road.... away from friends and family to come help.... not knowing what's wrong, needing a tow and a fix and to get back on the road. Steve and his team at Hightech Automotive were absolutely SUPER. They recommend a tow service, got me to the shop, gave me a diagnosis, ordered the alternator and got me back on the road in about 4 hours. They even took me to the local lunch spot and Starbucks. Best pricing for an alignment, and I know this, I called 13 other shops this morning. Equal pricing to have a tire balanced, put on and all that jazz. Free-on, putting that in is an amazing price!! “I’ve been getting my oil changed at Rapid Pace for well over 20 years. Rick, Andy, and the other staff are professional, do a great job, and get you out quickly. I don’t trust too many of the “fast” oil change places because I’ve personally seen what damage they can do to a vehicle but you can trust these guys to do it right. I will say the price of an oil change has drastically went up over the years, but most of that is due to our current economy making the cost of oil and everything else go up as well.”
