“After an amazing family vacation week in Lake Gaston, our truck decided to fail on our attempted drive out on Sunday. Keith, the owner of the shop responded to my Sunday mid-morning call from a gas station down the road from his shop. Assured me he would tow the vehicle and have it fixed in the next few days, and allow us to keep it there until we could get back from our Virginia Beach home Saturday (luckily we had taken 2 cars). His staff couldn’t have been nicer and the price was very reasonable. Highly recommend!!”

Being an out-of-towner with no tools, hours from home, with serious concerns the car would overheat, this fortuitous stop has made a lasting impression. Co-owner Morgan and staff members, Bill, Jim, Stacy, and Ben stopped operations for several hours to troubleshoot, research, and reinstall this unique part. During my wait, I got to learn about their business operation, meet other members of the team, and was treated to an impromptu tour of their exceptional facility. Remarkably, this genuine act of kindness had nothing to do with making money but only to ensure this grateful old man had a safe journey home. Now that’s a hell of a business model.”
