This wonderful business saved me. My two young kids and I were stuck at 5am with a flat tire. He came out very early and got me back on the road. The customer service was incredible. Would recommend to everyone!!!!

I never do reviews but have to here... On vacation with family and 2 days before having to get home, damaged the radiator in my SUV and needed quick fix to get home. Called several places and no luck, them called and spoke with Keith and was relieved as soon as we started talking. He offered to come tow my vehicle to his shop and order a radiator. He ran into some issues due to damage I caused, but was doing everything to get us back in operation. On a Friday, the day we checked out, I had no vehicle, Keith let me use HIS PERSONAL TRUCK, with no questions asked. On top of that, if they couldn't get it done, he offered for my family to stay in his RV out front. Who does that for someone they just talked to on the phone??? We used his truck, he kept me posted on progress, and his tech Randy stayed late on a Friday and got the job done!!! Thanks Randy! And thanks Keith for going WAY over and above. I really have no words to express my appreciation and how much I recommend Keith and auto Lane. Top it off, the invoice was less than I expected it to be. 10 ⭐'s!!

While visiting lake Gaston my van started making a grinding noise when hitting the brakes. I was referred to Auto Lane from the fine folks at Napa. Figuring it was rear rotors and pads, I didn't have any tools or garage to work on it, I ended up at Auto Lane. Keith is super awesome, he had my car diagnosed and ready to roll in a day. He was informative, nice, and sent text messages with updates on the brakes. He knew I was from out of town and didn't have any option to leave town without getting the brakes fixed, though he never took advantage and the price was great. A honest, quick, affordable mechanic? I didn't think those existed anymore, but they do at Auto Lane.

Keith is just like the other bad car salesman. He took my $2000 an he knew the car had a coolant leak an wouldn't fix it. I had that Volkswagen for 3 months an maybe drove it 5 or 6 times. I believe the head was blown an he knew it but acted like it wasn't. Do not get a car from this guy. Have your own mechanic check it out first if you do cause if you don't then he will take your money. Buyer beware an I know this from experience

I got my vehicles inspected there. I suggest that you call ahead if possible, cause they are very busy.
