They had to get approval for me to deposit a paycheck. I was not asking for any cash back. Just what kind of deposit do they accept. I was told direct deposit from an employer. There are still people who get a paper check. I only used them for extended hours which have dried up since COVID.

Trying to get an answer to a problem and was told I needed to get the Marketing Manager to handle it. I have left 4 messages and not once has he returned my call! Spoke to a supervisor and they told me I would have to go through JP Morgan to handle my problem. Found out JP Morgan has NOTHING to do with Woodforest Bank. Very unprofessional and not willing to take responsibility for a mistake that was made by one of the tellers.

I have been a loyal customer of Woodforest for 15 years. I went to the Hendersonville Branch to open an account for my child who has their first job. I was told that their hours have been reduced again, they were closed, and the best way to open the account is to do it myself online. I specifically asked if it matters that the other individual is a minor and they said no. Of course when I went to open the account, it said must be 18. What a complete lack of customer service and waste of my time!

Horrible service. Needed a money order in a pinch—I expected to pay for the service, but was not expecting the way I was treated. Snotty and disrespectful teller. Probably having a bad day but If they’re looking for new customers—not the way to get them.

I like banking with Woodforest, very rarely do I have any issues with my account and when I do they are resolved quickly and the tellers are friendly and seem happy to help. I do have one issue and its that here recently getting someone on the phone it pretty much impossible.

Manager is un professional in so many ways. An would be nice even in these times. If said your open till 4. Then should be. Twice I have drove cross town. When site says open. An then not be.

I have been a customer for at least 10 years now, love the late hours and open 7 days a week. Staff has always been very helpful and respectful. Only thing I don't like is there is no drive thru or outside ATM.
