Terrible pharmacy! They should be investigated and shut down! On several occasions we have picked up prescriptions from this location and the quantity of pills is always lower than the number stated on the bottle. One time there was only one pill in the container. One pill! Complete incompetence and negligence.

My wife and I had an appointment for a vaccine at 5:30 pm. We arrived early, there was no line, checked in and took a seat. After we arrived, 10 or so more people arrived for vaccine appointments as well. After 35 minutes of waiting, my wife went to the counter to talk with the pharmacist. She said hello, we had a 5:30 pm appointment, to which the pharmacist responded, and you are just getting here now? My wife told him no, we have been waiting 35 minutes and were wondering if we should come back later since it seems like you are very busy. At this point, it becomes obvious that he is having a very bad day. He told us that appointments just get you in the door and the time doesn't mean anything. He hustles out from behind the counter, and says lets go folks. We didn't have any idea who he was talking to, so he now looks at us and says, come on folks., let's go. He took us into the privacy room, and starts going on about how many prescriptions he has to fill a day and how everyone complains no matter what they do. It is very awkward at this point, so I chime in and say, We were not complaining, my wife asked if we should come back later. And he keeps going on about how nothing is ever good enough and how hard it is to work with people. At this point, he barely says anything to my wife, says any questions and gives her two injections. I was suppose to get a vaccine at this time as well, but I let him know that I don't need this vaccine from you and I'll be taking my business else where. Maybe we were out of line when we checked back in after 35 minutes of waiting, but in reality, he was having a very bad day. I would not recommending going here for any reason. Get a new pharmacist, as this one is an @$$

I never had a bad experience here until today, and I won't be using this pharmacy again. My prescription was sent at 11am and I was put off multiple times until finally they told me at 5 that they didn't have it in stock. Another pharmacy reached out to get the prescription faxed and almost 3 hours later it still hasn't been faxed. Not sure this is an incompetence or staffing issue, but it needs fixing. Only positive of the pharmacy is the amazing bearded pharmacist. They have always been helpful..I wish they would ha e helped me today

This is absolutely the worst Walgreens Pharmacy I've ever dealt with. They are truly incapable of doing their jobs. We have an adult special needs son who is on a fixed income. He has a primary and secondary insurance. They have not once processed his insurance correctly. I have to correct it every time. If there is an issue with a prescription, they just drop the ball and let it sit. These are for life saving medications. This pharmacy should be shut down.

The employees at this store are always friendly and helpful to me. The store is very clean and the shelves are stocked. It's nice to shop in a business where the employees clearly take pride in their work.

5 stars for Pharmacy Tech Rayda! I had an issue with a recent prescription refill. My refill request was denied by my insurance because I was refilling too soon. I explained to pharmacy technician Rayda, that I've only been taking it as prescribed so how can that be? She went above and beyond to help me find out why I may have run short so soon. Because of her customer service and willingness to listen and help me out, she and the Pharmacist onduty were able to see that I didn't receive the entire prescription previously (90 day supply but only received 45 days)Thanks Rayda for your willingness to help! Keep up the great work.

So... The cashier outright stated she didn't know what "single bottle" meant when I was asking for a bottle of nicotine lozenges, then showed she can't tell the difference between lozenges and gum, I'm baffled, do y'all hire people without an education?

I sat 15 minutes behind a car at drive-through. Finally got to window. Someone was there and walked away. I waited another 15 minutes and saw employees walking back and forth. No one came to the window. Cars were backed up blocking the one of the exits. I honked trying to get someone’s attention. The people inside were not only rude but incompetent if they could not at least put up a sign indicating there was a reason for their ignoring the drive-through. Normally, I might have gone inside, but because I was coming from an infusion, I could not. I’ve thought about it before, but this has convinced me to switch pharmacies. There is no excuse for this kind of rudeness.

Pharmacy customer service is VERY slow. Sat at the windows for 15 minutes (tried calling, got hung up on) until someone even acknowledged me. We arrived on time for our appt. Then they told us to drive around the building (go through the line again because they weren’t ready) because we were holding up the line. I’d pick a different Walgreens. The lady we interacted with was nice though.

I made a vaccine appointment cognizant of the pharmacy lunch hour. Arrived 5 minutes early. I waited 50 minutes for my vaccines. There were at least 4 staff in the pharmacy when I arrived; they were not apparently busy.Why make an appointment if it means nothing?The one star is for the woman who did a good job administering my vaccines.

I have gotten prescriptions filled and refilled and shots administered by this Walgreens for 17 years. Like every business they have had their ups and downs during the COVID pandemic. Overall, I have had excellent service from the pharmacist and the pharmacy technicians and the customer service employees. The store is very well lit and very clean. I am always greeted when I arrive and I am very satisfied with the quality of the products.
