It is reassuring to have a professional pharmacy with Walgreens. On a few miles from my very grateful for the accuracy, friendship, explanation of different medicines. And with a smile, the hours meet me. Feel good, they're well rings. I'm grateful.

5 stars for Pharmacy Tech Rayda! I had an issue with a recent prescription refill. My refill request was denied by my insurance because I was refilling too soon. I explained to pharmacy technician Rayda, that I've only been taking it as prescribed so how can that be? She went above and beyond to help me find out why I may have run short so soon. Because of her customer service and willingness to listen and help me out, she and the Pharmacist onduty were able to see that I didn't receive the entire prescription previously (90 day supply but only received 45 days)Thanks Rayda for your willingness to help! Keep up the great work.

Awesome teamwork! They might have a few weak links but fortunately the rest of them work harder to make up for it. If you work with them they can make anything possible.

I would leave zero stars if I could. PLEASE shop your local pharmacy instead of this horrible chain. Nasty pharmacist refuses to tell me what items will cost with good RX, store manger could care less about coupons not working, overall attitude in this place is one of 'whatever,' which is not how you run a business. I wish corporate would secret shop this location and give them all I good ol spanking.

In store staff have always been nice and helpful, however, Rayna is horribly rude and shouldn't work in customer service. It wasn't just once, it's every single month when I go to get my Mother's medication. She really should find a different job, maybe something that doesn't include being nice to other people, but where she is now, just isn't working out.

The Walgreens pharmacy on Spartanburg Hwy / Greenville Hwy is the absolute worst pharmacy I’ve ever used. They can never get scripts filled within their stated time frame. I have yet - in 10 months of using this location - driven up and had my prescription ready for me. Even when it was called in 24 hours earlier. Then they always have to re-run my insurance- every single time! Absolutely awful. I miss CVS.

Walgreens Corp your automated system for calling the pharmacist stinks!!!! And that's putting it nicely...CVS is a hundred times better as far as how their automated system works. Please work on making some improvements to your automated system, I would rather do business with you for convenience. However, after reading my review you probably don't want to do business with me. Lol

Very slow to fill a prescription. I waited for 25 minutes for a prescription that I had called in a couple hrs earlier. Did not appear busy either, also it looked like they had plenty of staff. Just slow.

I've been here twice this week- once for the pharmacy and once for the front of the store. Both times I had very pleasant experiences with the employees here- they were nice, helpful and efficient. I will definitely be back and this will be my go-to pharmacy while I'm here.

***Check to make sure you get all the meds you and your insurance company pay for if you shop at these stores!!*** The default attitude I have experienced at both the Asheville Hwy and Spartanburg Hwy Hendersonville Walgreens stores with the majority of people in the pharmacy is very discourteous. Your best bet if you have problems with your orders in the pharmacy is to talk to a store manager, who was actually courteous because otherwise it appears you won't get very far. I was shorted on my meds twice, 30 tablets each time, and when I asked about it was told they didn't know why. Other pharmacies have ways to keep track so skimming of meds to be sold on the streets or taken by employees does not occur. I'm not sure this is what happened, but they didn't appear to care at the pharmacy about what actually was happening at all or were dismissive on any type of follow up, despite it putting me in an incredibly awkward position in having to go back to have the proper amount filled. No "we'll look into it" at all the first time it happened, and then it happened again with no explanation! Again...***Check to make sure you get all the meds you and your insurance company pay for if you shop at these stores!!*** It's a shame customers here have to resort to counting their meds. Criminal behavior, laziness or this level of incompetence (30 pills??? - I could understand 1 or even 5 but 30???) should not be allowed in any pharmacy. Get better employees or train them right! One of their employees in the pharmacy actually had the gall to chastise me for having to put back the 30 pills they missed giving me the 2nd time WHILE I WAS IN THE STORE because I decided to transfer all my prescriptions elsewhere. GOLDEN RESPONSE to a disgruntled customer. In the olden days dear, you wouldn't have a job. Period. Why would I shop there when I CAN'T TRUST YOU... LOL Other places are half the price for meds anyway and so I don't even know why people in this area even bother with stores like this.. There are plenty of other pharmaceutical purchase options these days at other locations in Hendersonville (Walmart, all the grocery stores, CVS). From my research Walgreens appears to be the most expensive. Either way, I will never shop at a Walgreens again for anything. I would prefer to take my business elsewhere till they get their merger with Rite Aid all ironed out. Apparently, it has affected their priorities as far as good customer service, and that I will not abide by... Get yourselves to at least an acceptable level of normal interaction with your customers, because right now you are waaaaaaaaaaaaay below it.

Previously I was with Rite-Aid. My first encounter with Walgreens was very negative. Originally I received information that my records would transfer. They filled a prescription that I was allergic to. I had a family member pick this up for me. When I took the prescription back, I was told that they could not take it back after it leaves the store. I asked them why they would fill a prescription with an allergic reaction. I was told that they did not have my allergies liste

Avoid getting photos printed here. Rude, bad attitude by male photo employee. Poor quality color in photos. Refused to give me daughter's wedding photos, saying I needed a copyright release though they were not copyrighted. Got prints at another location without problems!
