Walked in to Hendersonville store to purchase a car phone charger. Gentleman greeted me, showed me the product I needed and I immediately tried to pay as I was in a hurry. He then asked me to wait…”I need to check in these folks”…I had to wait at least ten minutes while he checked in all the people who walked into the store AFTER me. What?????

I went to the local store to try and get help for a problem I was having. I had bought a phone through a third party vendor. ( my mistake I know that now, learned my lesson the hard way) but Omar was the rudest most condescending person I have ever met. Not only was he unwilling to help me at all, but has zero compassion. I work in retail, I know how to treat people. If I could give this negative stars I would. Sad.

There was actually no one in store but 2 other customers!!
When are they going to realize they need a store on Spartanburg Highway? This is ridiculous. How busy the store always is. They’re making a killing and they can’t build another store. So I’m not changing.

This review is for all of Verizon. The new free iPhone promo if you add a new line is a deceptive offer. They say you can cancel the new line. what they mean is they will cancel your original cell phone number and keep the new phone number. which means if you have to change all of your Contacts and accounts. I was not told any of this upfront only found out weeks after getting the new iPhone. I am now in dispute resolution with Verizon trying to get out of thismess.

I have been trying to use my iPhone as a hotspot without any success. To solve this issue I went to the Verizon store on Hendersonville Road. Avery the Verizon tech sat down with me and proceeded to go through the steps of how to set the iPhone up as a hotspot and connect it to another device. He explained each step and even wrote it down for me. I would highly recommend going to the store for any iPhone issues that you may encounter. I would gladly have Avery help me with any problems I have in the future.

Not meant to be a complaint as the staff is very sharp . Our payment 4/10 off their "terminal" never rang up at the billing center? Got the receipt showing paid and the bank withdrew $110 ! Verizon temporarily closed my account!

I'm writing this review in response to my visit last weekend. As I was looking for a new phone upgrade, a nearby customer was being helped by Kyle, who was incredibly rude and condescending to this couple. They got up, told him "No thank you," and waited for someone else to help them. I stopped paying attention, but it seems they were helped and the issue resolved.On their way out however (and the reason I'm writing this review), the "Senior Manager" stops them on their way out to tell them they are not welcome and need to find another location to do their business in the future. I'm assuming he saw the 1-star review the customer left while in store LMAO.Still, your employee is rude enough with a customer that they need to get someone else to help them, and rather than correct the issue with your employee you tell the customer they aren't welcome anymore? I've never had an issue here, but after seeing how Kyle acted, and more importantly how management responded, I'm pretty disappointed. If there were a 2nd Hendo location, I'd be going there.

Hopefully you do not get Kyle Freeman. What an absolute jerk. If he was our original contact, I wouldn't have switched over. The manager and other members were great. I worked as a retail manager for several years, and if I ever heard an employee of mine treat a customer this way they would be looking for a new job.

I cannot say enough good things about Victor! I was extremely frustrated when my new phone wouldn't set up properly and went to the Verizon store last minute. Victor helped me not only get my phone up and working but also helped my dad save money through paperless billing.

Was extremely disappointed. I shattered the screen on my old phone. So, needed a new one quickly. I went in, quickly picked out the latest, greatest smartphone they offered (in Android). And instead of trying to help me get the new phone up and running, my salesman only wanted to sell me a more expensive data plan. (After I just bought a $1300.00 phone!)I could have bought the same phone at a better deal online. And not had the headache of dealing with this inept store.

I was having issues with my S21 Ultra, after resetting it to clean things up. Cody was incredibly patient and very helpful. Great attitude. Cody is the reason this store is a thriving location.
